To celebrate the 10th anniversary of IWC’s first Flagship Boutique in the world located at 1881 Heritage and the launch of the new IWC Spitfire collection inspired by the aircraft Spitfire, this 10-metre by 10-metre life-size replica of the silver spitfire behind me is created and is now on display at 1881.

On the other end of the world in Goodwood, two British pilots who have founded the world’s only Spitfire flying school – Boultbee Flight Academy, are actually painstakingly restoring the original Spitfire built in 1943, and are planning to fly around the globe in this aircraft. And one of these 2 pilots who will be embarking on the “Longest Flight” expedition actually flew all the way to Hong Kong and I got the chance to chat with him!
