4.石川縣金澤市宣布拒絕停課；
5.衝繩縣石垣市宣布拒絕停課；
6.愛媛縣知事中村表示3月4日起執行停課，但吐槽安倍“臨時抱佛腳”“十分唐突”“說是要求，其實就是丟給我們負責”；
7.和歌山縣知事仁阪表示厚勞省發表的“輕症在家療養”方針“非常可笑”，認為“盡早發現，避免重症化非常重要”，不會執行有關方針，將獨立制定政策開展防疫治療；
8.神奈川知事黑岩表示厚勞省“沒有承擔應有的指揮責任”，將“鑽石公主”號有關工作全都甩給縣裡；
9.全國知事聯合會成立緊急對策本部，表示沒有從厚勞省得到有效的信息，將獨自商討對策，自行分享信息，應對疫情。//
I would like to thank the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for giving me the honour to participate in today’s auspicious occasion to commemorate the 40th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Thailand and Colombia.
I am also delighted to learn that “FEALAC” or the Forum for East Asia and Latin America Cooperation, which is the only forum for intergovernmental cooperation that connects the East Asian and Latin American regions, has reached its 20th Anniversary this year.
I am heartened to learn that FEALAC attaches great importance to promoting gender equality and the empowerment of women, as this will make a crucial contribution towards inclusive growth and sustainable development.
The measure of true progress in a society should not be measured in terms of economic indicators alone but should take into account the happiness, social contentment and equality among all members of its society.
