MyTalentShare, An online Job seeking/Re-skilling/Up-skilling portal - the first using Artificial Intelligence in Malaysia- for proper job matching integration between industries and young job seekers will address this. At the moment, we already have our first industry partner, MRCB who’ll be taking in many Youths for training and employment.
The Skills Passport is also marketable abroad as it follows international industry standards. It will also help industries re-skill & up-skill current employees to fulfil market demands.
We are keen on investing in young people to bring Malaysia forward.
