Saya teruja dan seronok sangat membuat butter cake kegemaran saya bersama anak saya @juitaamandaa dengan menggunakan Kenwood Chef XL Titanium Kitchen Machine @kenwoodmalaysia @faveofficial. Juita juga sangat minat membuat kek dan biskut.
Sangat memudahkan dengan adanya lampu untuk memudahkan kita melihat kalau adunan telah cukup kembang dan berwarna pucat. Ianya juga tidak bergegar kerana sangat solid.
Siapa yang nak saya share resipi butter cake yang sangat lembab dan gebu ini? Cer komen di bawah.

從週日開始一整天沒停過的雨，到昨夜更是滂沱到讓人心驚，今天早上起床，我還一度擔心雨勢太大，是需要自動停課還是送去上學?幸好八點半以後雨勢稍歇，才順利送小孩到校。
NSW有些地區聽說有不少災情，不論你們在哪裡，都要平平安安。
兒子昨晚睡前要求今天午餐要帶三明治，還說要多放一點生菜，他現在覺得生菜對他的身體來說是很珍貴的養分。我摸摸他的額頭確定沒有發燒，還問他「你睡著了嗎？怎麼還沒睡著就開始說夢話?還是你有什麼不舒服 ？」他說：「我只是突然長大了」（最好是啦）😂
那天和朋友聊到美而美的肉排，雖然上周才做了低脂雞肉排，而且冰箱還冷凍了一些，今天還是忍不住做了不同口味的「美而美肉排」讓孩子們帶三明治。吐司依舊是手作生吐司。
說到生吐司，就要謝謝科學家週末帶我去買了一台Kenwood 品牌的廚師機（攪拌機）。因為KitchenAid 的攪拌機到處缺貨，說是美國那邊貨源不足，我又不喜歡在網路商店購買商品，如果抽到機王，退換貨或是售後服務都很麻煩，幾個朋友都使用Kenwood的品牌，評價都還不錯，我便選擇了型號KVL6100T的這一款，使用之後，太驚訝好用，完全不輸KitchenAid。
我最喜歡他6.7L的大容量(比KitchenAid大了快2L)，可以一次做比KitchenAid更多的乾粉量，最多可高達2.6公斤的乾粉，5公斤的乾濕性綜合材料（說明書標示參考），工作時噪音和KichenAid差不多，1400W的馬力，做麵包麵糰最多轉到2就非常夠力，本來擔心機器會搖晃得厲害，結過穩如泰山，不移不動，讓我很是滿意啊。我深深覺得現在的商品真的日新月異求進步，真是一掃我對著名品牌的迷思和堅持。我也很謝謝好朋友的推薦。
這不是「業配文」啦，只是我之前在考慮購買新機換品牌的時候，有很多擔心，怕買到不好用的，一用就要用N年不能換，如果買到難用的每次使用怨念就會很深，所以一定要買一台好用實用耐用的，把使用心得寫出來，如果剛好有需要的朋友就可以參考一下。

Baking's really therapeutic to me, and if I could, I wish I could just bake cakes, cookies, brownies, tarts all day!
I tried baking these Nutella Tarts because I couldn't wait for preorders online.
Turns out, this was really easy and quick to make, and they taste really amazing!
You guys should definitely try this simple recipe out!
My adapted Nutella Tarts recipe (used in my video):
175G Salted Butter (room temp)
40G Condensed Milk
1 Yolk
255g Plain Flour
Nutella

If you're looking to buy a mixer, a good tip would be to invest in a good quality one which will last you a long time, and you'll be able to explore many different recipes!
For example, metal mixing bowls allow you to pour hot sugar in while mixing (for Italian Meringue or Marshmallow).
I used the Kenwood Chef XL Sense Mixer for this recipe, and the prep time required is at most 15 minutes because the machine is really efficient and thorough!
