My Sunday thoughts. Be kind to yourself during this time at home. We've gone through different waves as we've been told to stay at home. I know I have and a lot of reflection has gone on in my head.

While it is great to want to improve yourself by learning more, picking up a new skill...can I also say this is NOT a contest of what you can achieve during this MCO.

Do what you can to get through each day. Take the time to breathe!

❤ Thank you Lord, I have a roof over my head.
❤ Thank you Lord, I have people I can talk to and for technology to keep me connected.
❤ Thank you Lord, I am grateful that I have food to feed my family.
