Food in a day. So thought I'd try something for myself and put up a daily carousel of what I eat. This is what I'm having in a day. Nope im not calculating macros at this point. Eating when i need to and when i feel like it. What i am doing is adding a lot of veggie to my meals as much as i can. Kale is a big favourite! #LilowRecipe

Other then getting poked by dry kneedling magician @prwithlipqin , I also get to relearn basic stretches which we take for granted here at @precise_rehab. My sis and i have tight traps due to sitting, looking at the darn phone and computer. Soooo have you stretched today at your cubicle 🤗? Doesn't take long 5mins thats all.
