［法國篇］繼續分享Loire Valley嘅美好陽光！去咗@Chateau Royal d’Amboise，著名畫家 @Leonardo da Vinci 在最後數年亦在此為法國國王候命，正職唔係畫畫而係幫皇上作派對策劃師，得閒先畫畫同設計新發明，最後亦葬於此皇宮。另外亦去咗佢故居 @Chateau du Clos Luce ，仲試咗15世紀嘅美食味道同葡萄酒，好玩！
[France Travel] wanna share the sunshine from Loire Valley! Visited @Chateau Royal d’Amboise, where renowned artist Leonardo da Vinci spent his last few years here serving the King of France. His main job was not artist but event organizer, he only invented or draw when he had free time. He was also buried here. I also visited his home Clos Lucé & tried the 15th century cuisine there with wines tasted like the ones back then! So fun!

［法國酒莊篇］去咗Loire Valley內嘅Anjou區@Chateau Soucherie參觀及住宿一宵！超好天！睇完葡萄園再去試酒玩盲品估係咩酒，我仲用刀劈開支Cremant de Loire, 好玩！🤩住係酒莊酒店嘅獨立屋，共有5間房，對住葡萄園食飯品酒！支Savennières Clos des Perrieres 2015年不錯！住酒莊獨立屋慢活一下，爽！🤪🥂🍷🎉
[France wine trip] Visited Château Soucherie - Anjou - Val de Loire & stayed there for a night! Super sunny day! Passed by vineyards & played some blind tasting games at Tasting Room! I also did a sabrage there with Cremant de Loire! Fun! 🤩 stayed at the hotel (house) with 5 rooms & enjoyed wine dinner facing the vineyards. I quite like the Savennières Clos des Perrieres 2015. It’s quite chilled to enjoy a slow life there! 🤪🥂🍷🎉

八月...正直熱悶悶的夏日...為了一掃各位身心靈上的悶熱煩躁，哥谷歌了全球各國夏季的文化特色，發現就在台灣的上頭，「日本」各地正如火如荼的進行著最受家庭與情侶間喜愛的傳統文化節慶 - 夏日花火節！
　　　　
因此，這個月的VINOVINO品酒團酒哥為各位安排了兩大主軸：
　　　　
1.與各位一同深入淺出的品飲四支來自不同國家，風格截然不同的Sweet Type酒款，讓這些甜美佳釀在各位舌尖綻放煙花！
　　　
2.聽完酒哥說酒碎念後，透過日本花火節小遊戲與酒友們一起盡情享樂！

1. Chateau Soucherie « Patrimoine » 15' [法國－Sweet]
一號選手來自法國北邊的Loire Valley，晚摘的Chenin Blanc葡萄讓酒意帶有檸檬及杏桃那天生酸甜的好滋味！
2. Ruffino Moscato d’Asti 16' [義大利－Sweet]
二號選手來自北義的Piemonte省，半發酵Moscato葡萄酒液散發出經典的甜美香氣，是Sweet Type朋友喜愛的經典酒款！
3. Kloster Eberbach Rauenthaler Biken Spatlese 15’ [德國－Sweet]
三號選手來自德國的Rheingau。酒莊超過800年的歷史加上VDP Grand Cru葡萄園的加持，讓這支德國Riesling甜白酒成為酒哥心中2015年德國白酒的第一首選！
4. Prada Lomonada Sangria NV [西班牙－Sweet’
四號選手來自西班牙的Bierzo。雖然稱做Sangria，但卻是當地遵循古法，將葡萄酒浸泡新鮮水果而成，甜香好喝，還能隨心所欲做成你想要的調酒！
