An evening with Chef Emmanuel Stroobant and U.S. Potatoes, an exclusive cooking demo session by the celebrity 2-Star Michelin chef at The Pavilion, Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort. We had an enjoyable session watching the chef in action preparing the following dish (also tasting it 😋):
1) U.S Potato Wedges Ikura
2) U.S. Hashbrown and Salmon
3) U.S. Potatoes with Caviar
4) U.S. Russet Potatoes Salad

Most combination of butter and potatoes. Also brought home U.S Potatoes 🥔 for us to enjoy. It was also a nice catching up session with fellow bloggers/media.
