又畀我威一陣:我2個月前開始再減量,兩星期度一次體脂。由76.4 kg到而家71.4 kg,體脂比率由24.1 去到18.1 ,我要多謝嘅係 Mealthy Food 幫我處理嘢食。係我諗唔到食咩嘅時候,都唔會亂食嘢,而且確保我一日可以食到足夠嘅蛋白質。
有人問我夠唔夠飽。唔夠飽,可以加下面個蒟蒻麵,20kcal一份,而且有足夠食用纖維,是對腸臟運動好有效嘅。次次食呢啲嘢嘅時候朋友都話,點解睇起上嚟都幾好食咁。減肥餐係好食㗎咩?係,係好食嘅。至少我食咗咁耐,佢冇令我失望過。
