Surprise...Meet Cecco, the handsome pirate 🏴‍☠️ from Italy! Well, this is me from this year’s Junior Production, 'An Awfully Big Adventure', and I play the role of a grumpy Park Keeper-turned-pirate! As you can see, I’m fully in character, with an angry expression, gold earrings, and even a stubble to complete the pirate look! This year’s production, unlike last year, did not have any singing or dancing in it (except for the pirates' sea shanty!) Last year was more focussed on the action, whereas this year was more centred around the conversations that each character has. All in all, this year’s production went extremely well - we even managed to put tears in some of the audience’s eyes! The hardest part of last year’s play was nailing the Indian accent, because I had to play an Indian merchant. This year, the struggle was the same, though I spent most of my time perfecting my Northern accent!
