裸雀以愛丁頓集團頂級單一麥芽初次雪莉桶原酒為基底，並以最珍貴的 #西班牙初次雪莉桶 熟成釀造出截然不同的風味，也是頂級雪莉桶威士忌最經典的代表作！
有別於波本桶與美國橡木桶，稀少的西班牙雪莉桶使得成本高出許多。因而多數酒廠會使用超過兩次以上的桶子進行釀造以控制成本，但風味也會因多次使用桶子而逐漸遞減。
裸雀不計成本，堅持只使用每個西班牙雪莉桶最珍稀的第一次來陳釀，讓木桶的香氣完整豐富的凝聚在酒液之中。
裸雀的口感細膩優雅、香甜滑順。純飲風味佳，也可以依個人喜好隨手利用家中的素材做出夏日清爽的調酒。
