#咖啡迷思

考完試，又學識拉花，又去過咖啡店實習之後，發現咖啡真係莫大精深，易學難精。以客戶為例，好多人心目中期望的，與實際而正常的，有落差。例如：

1/ 嫌latte唔夠熱
Latte打奶泡溫度不能超過65度，如果好似McCafe習慣咁公司規定打到70度，牛奶入面嘅蛋白質會因過熱而變化，失去奶香及甜度。當然，你可以一句，我鍾意呀！你理得我識唔識飲？係嘅係嘅，顧客永遠是對的，所以壽司師傅見到客人將wasabi同豉油混成泥狀，或者Sommelier見到個客用七喜溝Lafite，都唔會出聲嘅。

2/ 植物奶無拉花
本身植物奶味道和質感與牛奶都有好大分別，Oatly好稀，Vitasoy Café For Baristas 好少少，正常打完奶泡，倒出來都好易是一泡泡。所以改得植物奶就不要對拉花有高要求，拉到是咖啡師特別叻，拉不到也不算是咖啡師的問題。

3/ 影杯Latte影一小時
其實過門都係客，比咗錢，無人會介意你幾時飲杯咖啡。不過影一杯Latte影一小時的話，Latte的奶泡一早沉哂，成杯啡"死哂"，都無乜可能好飲。如果因為自己打卡太耐而影響咖啡質素但又因為咁而負評那咖啡店，實在太唔公平喇。

4/ 咖啡有酸味，我好怕
我哋有種說法，就是飲得手沖咖啡多，慢慢會"追酸"。口味慢慢改變，而家去某d馳名小店飲Single Origin的凍美式咖啡，飲到耶加標誌式酸味最開心，深焙到燶味的連鎖店咖啡已不會想飲。Coffee is a fruit, don't let the fruitiness scare you.

5/ 咖啡師係咪好串？係咪好易得罪佢？
其實好多咖啡師都好nice，唔係惡人。不過同有個性有要求嘅廚師一樣，咖啡師會對自己嘅出品有要求。個客同佢講"個拉花好靚" "咖啡好飲"，正常一定開心。但係未試味就先落三包糖，就同去到餐廳有理無理先落十幾滴豉油一樣，咖啡師會皺眉，都好難怪。其他古怪評語如 Dirty 無搞勻、Ice Drip 無冰、Cappuccino 無拉花、手沖點解無crema...呢d，都聽到慣哂就會當聽唔到。

The long awaited Fenty Beauty Cheeks Out Collection is here! I am so grateful to have received them in PR - I wasn't aware I was going to get them sent to me so I busted out crying when I opened the PR box. ? I swatched all 10 colours on my cheeks and lips, discuss pricing, packaging, formula, application and more!


Things omitted in the video as I didn't want it to be too long :
- Some of these have shimmer and some are matte but they all give the same nice glowy finish. So to be honest, I don't see much difference on the skin, the shimmers have a sliiiiiiight more glow but again, doesn't make a huge difference to me.

- You can set the blushes down with some translucent powder but I personally don't like to as it 1. takes away the glow and 2. it dulls down the colours a little.

- I like them all but if I had to pick top colours (I based this on what I'd wear often) they'd be 04 Crush On Cupid, 06 Daiquiri Dip, 08 Summertime Wine.
