新的一集廣播又來了，其實就是跟老朋友開誠佈公聊一下為什麼走上食物的歹途啦。還有到底在義大利學了啥。

義大利今年實在很慘，豬火腿不能進口台灣了（因為薩丁尼亞中了豬瘟）。新冠狀病毒大爆發真的是不落人後。不過我的義大利朋友們在家好像就彈琴唱歌做魚拓，溫習技藝，非常 chill。只有狗比較辛苦，因為人要透氣就一直牽狗去散步，累死狗狗。
這集聊了關於食物種種，聊到慢食的基本三個價值「清潔、美味、公平」，聊到廚師現在的社會形象，可以承擔更多的社會議題去發聲。
因為節目主持人也貼了照片，我就毫不羞恥地露臉了。這是一年多前的畢業照，頭上是月桂葉編的花冠。戴完葉子拔一拔可以拿來燉肉，既有古羅馬遺風，又食/ 實用。
（廢物心得：我真的很愛中央廣播電台，聲音收得很好。而且地下室的山東燒雞是一絕。）
