I exercise to eat more! That's what keeps me going every morning, the breakfast after exercising.
Super love blueberries, because it's packed with antioxidants, high in potassium and vitamin C. Almonds are also a fantastic source of antioxidants. All this can be found in @kelloggssingapore Special K Blueberry & Almond cereal, with real juicy dried blueberries and almond slices that give crunchy texture which enhanced the overall flavour and aroma.
Easy to consume and travel-ready food, it's a good snack to bring around. You can sprinkle it on your yogurt or make it into a cereal bar like I do!
It's very simple with just 4 ingredients
Kellogg's Special K Blueberry and Almond
1 tbsp Brown sugar
3 tbsp Melted butter
1 tbsp Honey
2-3 Medjool Dates
1. Combine brown sugar, melted butter, honey and dates and blend. After blending, place it on a pan and bring it to boil.
2. While mixture is still hot, add in 130g of Kellogg's Special K Blueberry and Almond. Use a spatula to gently fold the mixture until the ingredients are evenly coat.
3. Transfer the mixture into a grease pan, and bake for 15-20mins or until golden brown.
4. Once it is completely cool down, you can cut the block into your desired size.
Note: Kellogg's Special K Blueberry & Almond has no added preservatives. The bars is advisable to keep up to 3 days in room temperature and frozen up to 3 months. Consume when it is fresh for the best taste!
