What really happens VS what people see.
Yesterday I posted this which seemed to rile people up. Many people think posting like this is inciting dangerous behavior. "Bad Demonstration. Ignorant people will follow this and die". Why is it always other people who are behaving irresponsibly. No ever ever comments "I might try to repeat this and die" Why is there so much distrust of other people? What makes your judgement so much better than everyone else's?
People aren't at risk from watching a video and then trying to repeat it. If you believed people like that existed then the "fast and the furious "movies would make you too scared to leave the house for fear of reckless drivers.
The video was filmed at a high frame rate (slow motion). Long airtime gives it the appearance of being a very high jump, but it's only 6.5 meters. While not particularly high, this is still high enough to be painful if you landed on your back or stomach. I know, because I'm not good at doing backflips, but I still try anyway. Landing on your stomach isn’t fatal, but it’s not fun either. That's why I recommend jumping feet first, hands in, as seen in the video. It's actually quite a good demonstration.
I always tell people to check water depth and ensure there are no obstructions before jumping. But when we say "look before you jump" what we really mean is "Think before you act".
Is it risky to climb up to the platform?
Is the platform I am jumping from stable?
Where is my planned landing zone?
Are there any people or objects in the landing zone?
Is the depth of the water suitable for jumping from this height?
What will I do in the air while jumping?
What is my planned body orientation for landing?
Can I swim in these conditions?
How will I exit the water after jumping?
Do I need any additional equipment such as gloves or a life jacket?
Are there people nearby? Do they know I am jumping?
None of these are complicated questions and none require any technical training. This is just basic common sense. Most people do this automatically, without even having to think about it.
The above isn't especially dangerous. People are generally safe and responsible when it comes to their personal safety with a few important exceptions. The real safety tips are down here:
1) Never consume alcohol while cliff jumping. You'd be surprised how many accidents in nature involve alcohol.
2) Never pressure anyone into attempting a stunt they are not comfortable with. If someone is scared, it's because they lack the requisite skill or experience. This increases risk. Teach. Don't tease .
3) Know your limits. Take baby steps. Don't attempt something far above your experience level without consulting someone with more experience. Ignore anyone who is pressuring you. They're not being good friends.
4) Don't do anything stupid to impress a girl. It's not worth it. 9 out of 10 women surveyed preferred men without head injuries.
Now go out to the river and have some fun. Go cliff jumping. Climb as high as you feel comfortable. And if at any time if you feel uncomfortable, just back down and jump from somewhere lower, or not at all. Go with friends that you trust, and watch out for each other. Check the weather first. Prepare equipment you need in advance. You may need a flotation device. If you realize you don’t have enough equipment later, you don’t need to attempt anything you are not prepared for. Just come back and play another day.
Follow these basic steps and you will soon realize that hysteria isn’t the proper approach to water safety. Knowledge and preparation is.

Remote work will quickly become more the norm than the exception on the other side of the pandemic, so companies should start learning now how to prepare for the Work from Anywhere future.
Companies would need to dedicate twice as much effort and time to executing on remote onboarding strategy comparing to an in person process. It requires new skill, capabilities, and processes, to fast track onboarding and enable those new employees to reach peak performance as soon as possible.
In order to practice that, we would be focus on two main categories today.
1.Addressing logistical issues
2.Building relationships with the right people
1.Address logistical issues and support
- To ensure the equipments and security before new employee begins.
- To ensure when new employee begins, they have quick, seamless access to all the resources/systems they need as soon as they start.
- Virtual orientation, virtual training session and electronic version of important documents to help them onboard.
2.Build relationships with the right people quickly
- Manager: The hiring manager should virtual meeting daily with the new employee at first, and then move the check-ins to two or three times per week once a relationship is established. Also a more formal check-in to review at the end of first week and first month.
Also to provide a list of all the key people the employee should connect in their early days, including direct reports, mentor, key peers, and representatives from other key functions.
- Direct reports: The new employee should also schedule daily check-ins with direct reports before moving to two or three times per week once deemed appropriate.
- Mentor: The new hire should be assigned a mentor, like a regularly scheduled conversations would give the employee opportunities to ask questions they might not otherwise ask and the mentor a chance to offer guidance or coaching when needed.
- Peers: To do our best to provide virtual opportunities for the employee to connect with other peers. Informal virtual gatherings, such as virtual happy hour, can be good opportunities for new employees to meet their colleagues.
- Representatives in key functions: The new employee should be required to virtual meet with a representative from three key functions: HR, finance, and IT, just if the employees have any issue on the area, and knowing who to reach out.

Early Childhood Phase
Bonda nak share pengalaman Bonda sepanjang tengok dua dua anak Bonda membesar . macam yang selalu orang tua kata , lain anak lain ragamnya .
Bonda memang nampak beza Aryan and Mika sepanjang mereka membesar .

Mother wants to share mother's experience while watching two of my children grow up. As always parents say, other children are different. Sometimes we just mention it but we don't know the reason why it's like that
Mother really looks the difference between Aryan and mika as long as they grow up. What Mother did for Mika, not the same as what mother was able to do for Aryan during aryan baya mika first.
This is what mother meant, Aryan when she was a year old, disgusting to step on the sand, afraid of swimming swimming pool, and quickly scared when she heard the sound of firecrackers. Mika, not sneezing with sand, it's fun when it comes into the water, and it when listening to the sound of firecrackers.
Why is it like that? When Aryan baby got to age like Mika, mother didn't do the activity that mother now apply to Mika. At that time I was still looking for a tune to take care of my first child. New Mother said it.
There is no experience. So, when you see the effect of not being beraktiviti with your children from the beginning of age, mother determination to be istiqamah in fixing mother's parenting skills by doing better for Mika and Aryan.
Starting to start mother feels like it's too late to do all that for Aryan. But the truth is, there's never a late term when we try to find what method to use to improve our children's level. And of course, when we realize the importance of the lesson that we want to give to our children, nothing is impossible.
Maybe in a few people, will say that wasting time to beraktiviti with small children who don't know what this is. Mother doesn't agree because when she was 0-3 years old, this is the time they absorb all things like sponge.
Whatever we do will be emulated. Orders may not always be effective for children or children to listen to. But, our actions, our habits, our lifestyle that is observed by our children will always be the foundation of our children's behavior.
Our children's sub-conscious experience with us from birth until at least 3 years old, will be an orientation or fundamental in their life in the following year before they mix with other circles outside the house.
So, we have to set a standard or a basic stone that can help our children build their personality from the beginning of age. How is that? Start with basic training.
Example of basic training?
1. Train the mind
2. Train emotions
3. Train motor skills
4. Train the heart
No clue to do all this? These days are getting more advanced. There are a lot of content creators that share about all the topics above. Whether we are hardworking or not to explore. It's not even 10 hours to google an example of an activity that we can make a method to train our children about 4 things above.
And the myth that always moving among parents is the cost. Don't even need expensive tools. Even using things around us is enough. Like Mother, mother chose to DIY most activities because mother believes that we can achieve good results in wanting to run activity with children without spending a lot of money. Can refer to the picture below later.
For parents who are still looking for tune, mother is pleased to invite everyone to follow the activity of mother doing with this mother's children. Don't be afraid or lazy to be lazy. Let's get tired now, don't get dizzy later.
In the picture of all examples of activity during Mika 3 months to 12 months. Please follow mother's Instagram for more activities.
