因為美國 FDA 下架了Lorcaserin (Belviq®, 沛麗婷)，目前，美國核准的『合法』減肥藥物如下，而台灣能使用的只剩「羅氏鮮」：
☑️Orlistat (Xenical, 羅氏鮮)
☑️Phentermine/Topiramate ER (Qsymia®)
☑️Naltrexone ER/ Bupropion ER (Contrave®)
☑️Liraglutide 3 mg (Saxenda®)
✨依照美國 FDA 的規定，只有在符合以下情況，才能使用上述的減肥藥物：
⭕️BMI > 30 kg/m2
⭕️BMI ≥ 27 kg/m2 且有相關疾病 (comorbidity)
