Wine & dine my way through 🇮🇹 Piedmont without taking a ✈ from HK. 😏
Piedmont is a region in northwestern Italy that is famous for its tradition & rich in flavour food like vitello tonnato, eggy pasta, bunet piemontese, 🍷 Barolo wine and more.
🍽 At @castellanahk, these traditional dishes are made with a modern twist in a fine dining setting.
This restaurant is a partnership with ⭐⭐ Michelin @marcosaccochef from Italy.
On top of the enjoyable Piedmontese wine pairing and friendly service, here's what I had:

Stemming from the Italian x Japanese nature of this Michelin Chefs Table Four Hands Dinner, this was a slightly fusion, even tongue in cheek dish executed perfectly 😍🤤😋😋 However I believe this concept is equally Italian since the Piedmontese also have a Tagliolini in Brodo recipe. @ Galaxy Macau 澳門銀河
