One of my go-to restaurants for quick fix of sushi is Genki Sushi. Besides fast and delicious, eating there is also fun cos the food is delivered on the express train system.

They have just opened their latest branch at Junction 8. The modern ambience with warm lighting just feels so cosy.

We tried giant sushi from Dai Man Zoku Menu which is 1.5x size of normal sushi (priced at $1.90 per pc). Can you see that it almost occupies one full plate? With ingredients imported from Japan, I think this is a such good deal.

My favorite was Jumbo Ebi Fry. It’s crunchy and you can taste the fresh prawn in every bite!
