Oakland is a special place where Black and Asian community have been working hard to build racial solidarity and community. They've accomplished so much given the severe lack of resources
I deeply applaud incredible Black and Asian Community leaders like @carroll_fife @alvivi_wong @turhaak @nikki4oakland and organizations like @apen4ej @aypalpower @bayrising @community_ready_corp @allofusornone and many more, who have been in the decades long fight to defeat the systems of oppression that work to divid us
