我們所喝到的每一包Kaffa Oslo的咖啡，都有他們三位的心力與技術在裡面:
Ｍichelle，Q-grader 認證咖啡質量鑑定師，豆坊的每一批烘豆，都要過她這關！她的招牌行頭就是，Kaffa環保袋和杯測匙！我們這次等的望眼欲穿的耶加雪菲，這兩天就是在她的鑑定下才出品的！
Trude，首席烘豆師，也是重金屬樂迷！2018, 2019連續兩年，她都代表Kaffa以極度些微的比分拿下北歐烘焙論壇的亞軍（兩次冠軍都是金童Tim，兩次都只差0.1分！！），其他好多家厲害的北歐豆坊的高手們，都還排在Trude後頭呢！！
Lise，行銷與訓練主管，她其實是2016的北歐咖啡沖煮冠軍 （其實Kaffa的姐妹公司還有另外好多位北歐和世界冠軍）！更是SCA世界精品咖啡協會最新委以重任的北歐區教育委員！台客與她互動過很多次，真的是位超級熱情專業的咖啡人！

In the KAFFA-team we have three boss ladies with more than 25 years of coffee experience between them.
Michelle is a certified Q-grader and our quality control, cupping every single roast going out of the roastery. She really loves the coffee community and you will probably find her at a coffee event with a big smile and a cupping spoon in her tote bag.
Trude is our head roaster and the biggest metal head in the KAFFA-team. Trude is a truly skilled roaster and over the past two years she has also confirmed this winning the second place in the Nordic Roast Forum championship.
Lise is our marketing manager and head of training. As the Norwegian Barista Champion of 2016 and newly elected educational coordinator of the SCA Norway chapter committee she loves to help the barista community and strives for a more sustainable and equal industry.
