頭痛讓每個人都頭痛😢！根據WHO統計，頭痛是神經科最常見的疾病，相較於所有疾病，每年頭痛造成的失能人數是世界第二。
最痛的頭痛是 #RCVS🙀（Reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome，可逆性腦血管收縮症候群），為最嚴重也最危險的頭痛類型，若太晚發現，有相當高的機會發生中風。
最難搞的 #偏頭痛🥴則是造成全世界最多人失能的神經科疾病，有時會被誤以為是單純的感冒或經期症候群。許多病患苦於偏頭痛，一個月痛超過15天以上，到處打針、吃藥，吃到肝腎胃都壞掉，頭痛還是好不了。
究竟這兩種頭痛是如何產生的，又該如何改善呢？

【英國抗疫日常】獸醫界也被徵召⁉
今天見到有專頁轉載一段英國獸醫護士的心聲，表示被告知要準備去幫NHS,希望不會成為被遺棄的一群。
看到這樣的消息當然馬上向Y先生求證一下，隱約記得今早在半睡半醒間也聽到他提及類似的事。
🚩Vet Times (獸醫界的Magazine)
他說是沒有收到相關的通知，只是在Vet Times上看到。文中引述消息指確認至少2間NHS Trusts發出請求，希望招募獸醫和獸醫護士到醫院病房提供前線協助，分別有Voluntary和Paid Work。
他笑言現在仍未進入戰爭狀態，不會被強制徵召喇。

🚩BVA (British Veterinary Association)徵召呼吸機
早在3月20日，BVA 已發出號召，招募閒置的NHS Compatible Human Ventilators 呼吸機，邀請業界登記。
"Call to action – ventilators
Many veterinary practices across the country may have NHS Compatible Human Ventilators that they are not using for emergency animal care. Mechanical ventilators are critically important in supporting the recovery of patients hospitalised by Covid-19. If you think you can help, please register your interest"
🚩RCVS的指引 @RCVS Connect email
由3月頭開始，每隔一段時間RCVS Connect都會電郵Y先生，提供一系列的最新指引。
當中特別強調Priorities(優先處理的事), 一如既往在以動物的健康和福祉(Health and Welfare) 為前提下，亦要著重個人的健康和安全，運用專業判斷和它們不斷更新的指引作出決定， 保障公共衛生(Public Health) 。
"Prioritise public health
As vets and vet nurses, I know you will always have animal health and welfare as your key professional priority, but you must now prioritise your personal safety and that of your practice team, and do as much as you can to ensure the protection of public health. Personal and public safety overrides animal welfare."
"we encourage you to work together to co-ordinate the care of animals and the delivery of services, and to use your clinical and professional judgement when assessing risk and making decisions, informed by the Code and guidance."
措施包括：
⚠️減少一切接觸，只接受急症。
⚠️容許暫時性遙距署方受管制藥物
⚠️電話/網上應診
⚠️網上資源，webinar, digital resources
個人感覺BVA,RCVS 以及Y先生公司的指引和支援都頗清晰和足夠的。
很多診所都縮減開門時間和人手，
只提供最低的有限度服務。
也有不少護士甚至獸醫被Furlough,
(這樣就可以拿政府的80%補貼)。
唔洗返工留在家中有80%糧出(上限£25,000),
其實也不錯喇~
