阿懵:「我一向吃不多但體型肥胖,容易水腫,經常覺得疲倦無力,連性格都懶懶行,朋友都笑我似樹懶,最近我想打破宿命,找份好工甚至尋找另一半,應該從減肥做起嗎?」
CheckCheckCin:從中醫角度來看,體型肥胖、食慾不佳、水腫、容易疲倦都是痰濕體質的常見症狀,體內聚積太多濕氣未能排出,身體猶如被濕毛巾裹着一樣,就算睡足6-8小時仍疲倦不堪,當然會像樹懶一樣懶得動。立心減肥是一個好開始,不過首要著重祛濕,排走多餘濕氣能令減肥過程事半功倍,宜戒掉生冷食物及飲品;適量進食粗糧如米飯、番薯、薯仔、白扁豆、薏米、淮山等健脾食材,以及有祛濕功效的冬瓜、粟米鬚等;多做運動排汗;沒法微調飲食習慣,也要每天喝一杯米水,強化脾胃,驅走濕氣。改善體質可以改變性格,性格可以改變命運,加油!
黨參茯苓扁豆衣茶
功效:益氣健脾、利水祛濕。
材料:黨參9克、茯苓6克、扁豆衣9克
做法:材料剪碎洗淨放保溫瓶,以熱開水沖洗一遍,注入熱開水焗約15分鐘即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期連續飲用3-4天,連續兩星期為一個療程。

Dispel dampness to improve sloth-like personality
“I’m quite plump even when though I’m not a big eater. Edema is a constant struggle for my body, and I feel lethargic all the time. My friends even make fun of me by calling me a sloth. I want to turn my life around. I want to get a better job and find myself a partner. Should I start by losing weight?”
CheckCheckCin: From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, symptoms like plump, appetite loss, edema, and fatigue reflect the phlegm-dampness body constitution. Having dampness accumulated in the body is like having a wet towel wrapped around the body, so even after 6-8 hours of sleep, you will still feel exhausted and move like a sloth.
Losing weight is a good start, but you should primarily dispel dampness from the body first. Once you are able to get rid of the excess dampness, you should be able to shed some pounds more effectively.
Avoid consuming raw and cold foods and beverages. Instead, eat coarse grains such as rice, sweet potatoes, potatoes, white hyacinth bean, coix seed, and Chinese yam, as they could strengthen the spleen. Also, you can eat winter gourd and corn silk as they are effective in getting rid of dampness.
Do exercise and sweat regularly. If you cannot adjust your diet, drink a cup of rice water a day to strengthen the stomach and spleen and to dispel dampness from the body. Improving the body constitution can also change our personality, and with a positive change on our personality, we can change our destiny. Good luck!
Codonopsis root and poria tea with hyacinth bean coat
Effects: strengthens the qi and spleen, induces diuresis to reduce swelling.
Ingredients: 9g Codonopsis root, 6g poria, 9g hyacinth bean coat

沉靜、內向、不願說話、容易情緒低落,被朋友形容像兔子一樣的人,性格除了是天生,其實也會受到體質影響,如果伴隨面色偏白、四肢及身體冰冷、嗜睡、自汗、浮腫、小便量多、大便稀爛或內有未消化食物等症狀,便屬於陽虛體質,身體陽氣不足,就像不夠燃料一樣,嚴重怕冷,體質較為虛弱,所以性格亦較為內向、多愁善感。
陽虛體質人士宜補陽驅寒,夏天適量曬太陽,冬天適量進補,適量食用羊肉、生薑、高麗參、舞茸菇等溫補食物,忌吃生冷食物或凍飲;「動則生陽」,宜循序漸進進行強度小的運動,例如太極、步行、伸展運動等;切忌工作過勞。當體內陽氣增加,性格會相對變得開朗。

Introverts should replenish yang and dispel cold
Introverts tend to be quiet, do not talk as much, and can be emotional. Some friends would even describe them as timid as a lamb. While some are born introverts, others can became so due to their body constitution.
If symptoms such as pale complexion, cold limbs, high urination volume, loose stools, or even undigested food in stools occur, then the individual likely have a yang-deficient body constitution. The lack of the yang energy is like the lack of fuel for the body. Hence, the body would become weak and develop aversion to cold of cold. This is why certain people become introverted and emotionally easily.
Individuals with a yang-deficient body constitution should replenish the yang and dispel cold. They should bask in the sun once in a while during summer and nourish the body during winter.
Consume ingredients that are warm in nature such as mutton, raw ginger, Korean ginseng, maitake mushroom. Avoid eating and drinking raw and cold foods and beverages, and avoid overworking. Exercise moderately and regularly such as taichi, brisk walking, and carrying out stretching exercises. With an increase in yang energy in the body, our personality can become more cheerful.

千萬別誤會,這句話絕非諷刺,而是由衷讚賞,試問除了「花姐」黃慧君之外,當今電視界還有哪位幕後,能夠單憑用心製作節目和敢於打破慣例,成功令觀眾記住,獲商業品牌垂青?數字不騙人,自《ERROR自肥企画》於今年五月在ViuTV首播之後,邀請「Mike導」劉諾衡與「無制限OT編集團」,各自或齊腳為產品拍攝代言短片和硬照的客戶,多達20個,年紀輕輕(今年生日後才27歲),事業上便有如此佳績,除了當初獲上司「花姐」賞識聘用外,最重要還是靠自己,不然怎能夠在短短兩年內,由PA(助理編導)升任導演?

對對對,今天大家或許只見到「Mike導」在幕前才華盡顯(格仔背後經常除衫曬肌又是另一回事),但又有否想過,2016年他加入開台不久的「Sound Bear頻道」時,只不過是一位PA,身處「食物鏈最底層」?無需本尊現身說法,大概也能夠想像得到,作為一名初出茅廬的小薯,撞板多過食飯,日日老母被問候十常八九,但歌詞都有得唱:「就當所有痛楚成長的經過」(《舊日回憶的山丘》)、「能越刺越痛越有未來」(《荊棘海》) ── 犯錯,不要緊,最重要是努力從錯誤學習,繼而轉化成為內功,假以時日,在關鍵時刻使出一招半式,就能夠走得更遠,讓別人看見。

為鼓勵港九新界和離島所有一直還在堅持的人,「Mike導」決定將自己的故事拍成一分半鐘的勵志短片《I’M SORRY》,邀請「真係PA」的「無制限」Sunny(方震揚,又名Rain P)飾演PA,以Nick Kingsley featuring Danny Farrant的同名歌曲作為背景音樂,再以字幕代替對白,帶出Sunny如何領悟到從錯誤中學習。說穿了,片中的Sunny,其實就是當年的「Mike導」,但也同時是任何人,任何一個在職場最底層默默耕耘的人。而值得留意的地方,是今次這條短片,以最新推出的iPhone 13 Pro Max拍攝,而「Mike導」更是能夠使用最新功能Cinematic Mode(電影效果)及其他模式拍片的香港第一人,其中兩幕(見54秒對焦由人見山、1分01秒對焦由「Mike導」轉Sunny),觀眾會清楚見到鏡頭如何「一秒轉Fo」。

據「Mike導」透露,今次《I’M SORRY》的製作僅花了數天時間,因為他喜歡以很「Raw」(沒有後製加工)的拍攝手法,呈現畫面最高的真實感和現場感,所以拍攝期間他選擇以Handheld方式拿起手機直接錄製,而最終效果亦最符合他的要求。「Mike導」認為,配備Cinematic Mode的iPhone 13,是讓普羅大眾最容易拍攝出達到專業級數「景深過場」,以及具有電影感短片的手機,亦認為將手機變成拍攝綜藝節目的主鏡頭,實際上可行,更有機會成為業界新趨勢。短片實際上拍成點?就要自己睇喇!

Lemon is the most popular fruit in the world. It can make everything better. Lemon wedges and slices are often served with seafood and as a garnish for a drink. Lemon juice can be used raw in drinks, dishes, and desserts in recipes, like lemon bar.
This recipe is pretty simple, the flavor of crust and lemon filling is so yummy and so balanced. In this video we’re showing you step by step. If you are a fan of lemon, this lemon bar recipe is a MUST-TRY! So take some fresh lemons, yellow or green are both OK. Just bake it. :)

How to make lemon bars
☞ Baking pan size:18x18x5 cm
✎ Ingredients
📍 crust
all-purpose flour 120g
powdered sugar 40g
frozen unsalted butter 90g, cut into small cubes
salt 1g
📍 lemon filling
medium size egg 2
granulated sugar 160g
fresh lemon juice 80g
all-purpose flour 50g
✎ Instructions
1. Butter the pan, and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
2. Sieve the flour and powdered sugar, then add them and cold butter and salt to the food processor. Pulse the mixture until you have a crumb like mixture.
3. Place crumb dough in a baking pan and use fingers or any tools to flatten into the prepared pan.
4. Preheat the oven to 170°C, bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
5. While baking, In another mixing bowl, beat together 2 eggs and granulated sugar until combined.
6. Sieve the flour into the bowl until mixed well.
7. Pour the fresh lemon juice and whisk until all combined.
8. Once the crust is done. Pour lemon filling mixture into the prepared crust directly out of the oven. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes. (170°C), then cover the pan with foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
9. Once baked, Let cool completely on a wire rack. Then fridge for at least one hour.
10. Before serving, cut the outer edge off of each side, dust with powdered sugar and cut into bar shape or square shape as you like.
