Its important to drink 3 liters of water a day. Let’s try this combo
1. Lemon 🍋
- Cut 2 lemons into thin slices and add to a jug of water.
- Add some fresh mint leaves or thin ginger slices (optional)
2. Cucumber 🥒
- Peel and cut it into ½-inch slices and add to a jug of water.
- Immediately add ice cubes to prevent the cucumber slices from floating.
- Allow infusion process to take place overnight in the fridge.
- After drinking the infused water, you can even eat the cucumber slices if you like.
Note: Make sure to consume within a day.
3. Orange 🍊
- Peel and separate the segments and add to a jug of water.
- Add the juice of a lemon and a few mint leaves for added flavor.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
4. Watermelon 🍉 🎶
- Fill a jar with cool water.
- Cut watermelon into thick pieces and remove the seeds.
- Put the watermelon pieces in the jar.
- Add some basil leaves to add an amazing freshness.
- Keep the jar in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- After drinking the infused water, you can also snack on the watermelon.
5. Pineapple 🍍
- Add 2 cups of pineapple cut into small pieces into a jug of water.
- Add some fresh, crushed mint leaves.
- Infuse in the fridge for 8 hours or overnight.
6. Green Tea 🍵
- Brew 1 to 2 cups of green tea and allow it to cool.
- Put the green tea in an ice 🧊 cube tray and freeze.
- Pour cool water into a jar and add some mint leaves or thin ginger slices.
- Allow to refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- When you need to drink water, fill ¾ of a glass with water from the jar, 2 cubes of green tea and a little lemon juice to a glass.
7. Blueberries 🫐
- Add 2 cups of slightly crushed blueberries to a jug of water.
- Place in fridge for 30 minutes.
- Strain, add crushed ice and pour this infused water into a tall glass and drink it.
8. Kiwi 🥝
- Peel a fresh kiwi and cut into thin slices.
- Put the slices and a few fresh mint leaves in a jug.
- Fill the jug to one-third of its volume with ice cubes.
- Pour in water to fill the rest of the jug and refrigerate.

自製黑芝麻丸
張先生:「最近白頭髮比較多,知道吃芝麻糊能烏髮,但除了芝麻糊,黑芝麻還有別的吃法嘛?」
CheckCheckCin:從中醫角度看,黑芝麻有益肝腎、養血烏髮,可改善早生白髮及皮燥髮枯的問題,適量食用芝麻糊有一定幫助,黑芝麻粉亦可配搭米水飲用。芝麻有補益效果,但過量服用可引致偏熱症狀如口乾、喉嚨痛、甚至出暗瘡等,一星期進食1至2次已足夠。
黑芝麻丸
材料:黑芝麻粉250克、蜂蜜100克
做法:
1. 鍋內倒入蜂蜜以小火熬煮約10分鐘。
2. 將煮好蜂蜜加入黑芝麻粉中拌勻。
3. 稍微放涼,用手搓成丸狀,約20克一顆。
4. 最後用錫紙分別包好,冰箱冷藏,一星期服用2-3次。

Homemade black sesame balls
“My hair has started to turn gray recently, and I thought perhaps eating sesame paste can help darken my hair. Are there any other alternatives other than sesame paste?”
CheckCheckCin: From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, black sesame seeds are good for the liver and kidneys, can nourish the blood, darken the hair, and relieve dry skin. Hence, consuming an appropriate amount of sesame paste is beneficial for your hair problem.
You may also consume black sesame with rice water or soymilk, or turn these ingredients into sesame seed balls. Do note that sesame seeds have nourishing properties, so excessive consumption can lead to heat-related symptoms such as mouth dryness, sore throat, and acne. Therefore, we should consume this delicacy only once or twice a week.
Black sesame seed balls
Ingredients: 250g black sesame powder, 100g honey
Methods:
1. Pour honey into the pot and cook at low temperature for 10 minutes.
2. Add black sesame powder into the honey and mix well.
3. Once the mixture cools down, roll them into balls (approximately 20g each).
4. Wrap them separately with aluminum foil and refrigerate them. Consume them once or twice a week.
Black soy beans and black sesame soy milk
Effects: regulates qi and promotes blood circulation, nourishes nails and hair, improves blood asthenia.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon black soy beans, 1 tablespoon black sesame powder, 1 cup of soy beans, appropriate amounts of brown sugar
Preparation:
1. Fry black soy beans in a wok without oil until the bean skin cracks. Blend and combine with black sesame powder and place into a thermos.
2. Heat up soy milk and add it to the thermos and mix well. Add in brown sugar to taste.
Note: for best results, have this drink 2-3 times per week. Those with abdominal bloating or asthenic spleen, or those prone to loose stool should consume with caution. Not suitable for those with high uric acid or diabetes.

材料:
エビ 6尾
Aライムジュース 50ml
Aレモンジュース 20m
Aオレンジジュース 20ml(果汁100%のもの)
B玉ねぎ 1/4個
Bトマト 1個
Bきゅうり 1/2個
Bハラペーニョ 1/2個
Bパクチー 適量
塩 小さじ1
コショウ 適量
作り方:
1.エビは頭と殻を取り、背ワタを取り除いて身を6等分に切る。
2. Aを混ぜて(1)のエビを漬け込む。(2時間以上)
3. Bは全てみじん切りにする。トマトは中の種を取り除いてみじん切りに、ハラペーニョはワタとタネを取り除き、特に細かいみじん切りにする。
4.ボウルで(2)と(3)を和え、塩、コショウで味を調え冷蔵庫で1時間程冷やし、味が馴染んだら完成!
■タイ風エビのスイートチリマヨソース
2人分
材料:
エビ 180g
A塩 小さじ1
A片栗粉 大さじ1
Bマヨネーズ 大さじ3
Bスイートチリ 大さじ2
B牛乳 大さじ1
片栗粉 大さじ2
揚げ油 適量
フリルレタス 適量
作り方:
1.エビの下処理をする。エビのしっぽや殻をむき、Aの塩をふって揉み込み3分ほど置き、Aの片栗粉を揉み込んだら水でよく洗い水気を拭き取って、背に包丁で浅く切り込みを入れ背わたを取る。
2.Bをボウルに入れよく混ぜてソースを作る。
3.ビニール袋に片栗粉を入れ、(1)の海老を入れて均等に片栗粉をまぶす。
4.フライパンに揚げ油を熱し(3)をこんがりカリッと揚げ焼き、(2)と和える。
5.洗って水気をきり、ちぎったレタスを器にのせ、(4)を盛り付けて完成!

◆Shrimp Ceviche

INGREDIENTS
6 shrimp
A
50ml lime juice
20ml lemon juice
20ml orange juice
B
1/4 onion
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber
1/2 to 1 jalapeno
Some cilantro
1 to 2 teaspoons salt
Some pepper
PREPARATION
1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Cut into small pieces.
2. Mix all A ingredients in a bowl. Marinate the shrimp in it (for more than 2 hours).
3. Chop all B vegetables.
4. Mix chopped vegetables and the marinated shrimp in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
5. Enjoy!
◆Sweet Chili Mayo Shrimp
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
180g shrimp
A
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon potato starch
2 tablespoons potato starch
Some frying oil
B
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon milk
Some frillice lettuce
PREPARATION
1. Peel the shrimp and season with salt (A). Leave for a few minutes. Add potato starch (A) to the shrimp. Rinse the shrimp with water and pat-dry with paper towels. Devein the shrimp.
2. Mix well all B ingredients in a bowl.
3. Put the shrimp in a plastic bag. Toss with potato starch to coat the shrimp.
4. Heat frying oil in a pan. Cook the shrimp (3) in the oil until crispy and golden. Mix the fried shrimp with the sauce (2).
5. Place rinsed lettuce leaves on a plate. Put some shrimp.
6. Enjoy!

クリームチーズ(常温)905g
卵 4個
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
砂糖 300g
かぼちゃ(つぶしてピュレ状にしておく)425g
■トッピング用クランブル
バター 115g
薄力粉 125g
ブラウンシュガー 110g
シナモン 大さじ1
作り方:
1.ボウルに溶かしバターと砕いたグラハムクラッカーを入れ、よく混ぜる。
2. 23x33cmのスクエア型に(1)を入れ、カップの底で平たくする。冷蔵庫に入れて冷やす。
3. 大きめのボウルにクリームチーズ、卵、バニラエクストラクト、砂糖を入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
4.(2)のスクエア型を冷蔵庫から取り出して(3)を半分流し込み、冷凍する。
5. オーブンを160˚Cに予熱しておく。
6. (3)の残り半分にかぼちゃを入れ、よく混ぜる。
7. 冷凍庫から(4)を取り出し、(6)をのせる。へらで表面を平らにならす。
8. オーブンで30分焼く。
9. トッピング用クランブルを作る。ボウルにバター、薄力粉、ブラウンシュガー、シナモンを入れ、湿った砂のようになるまで混ぜる。
10. チーズケーキをオーブンから取り出す。(9)を振りかけ、てオーブンに戻して25分焼く。
11. オーブンからチーズケーキを取り出し、粗熱が取れるまで完全に冷ましたら、完成!冷蔵庫で冷やしたらさらに美味しくなります。

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
Servings: 12
INGREDIENTS
6 tablespoons butter, melted
10 graham crackers, crushed
32 oz cream cheese(905 g), at room temperature
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups sugar(300 g)
15 oz pumpkin puree(425 g), 1 can
■CRUMBLE TOPPING
½ cup butter(115 g)
1 cup flour(125 g)
½ cup brown sugar(110 g)
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
PREPARATION
1. In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and crushed graham crackers. Stir until the mixture develops a wet sand texture.
2. Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x13-inch (23x33 cm) baking pan with the graham cracker mixture and spread evenly. Chill.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Stir until mixture is smooth.
4. Spread half of the cheesecake batter into the chilled baking pan, smoothing the top, and freeze.
5. Preheat the oven to 325˚F (160˚C).
6. Add the pumpkin puree to the remaining cheesecake batter and stir until incorporated.
7. Spoon the pumpkin cheesecake mixture over frozen cheesecake mixture and spread evenly.
8. Bake for 30 minutes.
9. Make the crumb topping: in a medium bowl, combine the butter, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture develops a wet sand texture.
10. Top the cheesecake with the crumble topping and bake for another 25 minutes.
11. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature. For best results refrigerate overnight once completely cooled, then slice and serve.

バタフライピー茶葉 5g
お湯 60ml
■レモンゼリー
Aレモンの絞り汁 1/2個分
A水 120ml
Aグラニュー糖 小さじ2
Aクイックゼラチン 5g
レモンの絞り汁 1/3個分
はちみつ 大さじ2
氷 適量
炭酸水 200ml
バニラアイス 大さじ2
レモンの輪切り 4枚
作り方:
1. 鍋にお湯、バタフライピー茶葉を入れて煮出し、濃いめの青色になったら、茶こしでこす。
2. レモンゼリーを作る。Aを混ぜて、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。固まったらくずしてレモン汁を加える。
3. グラスに、はちみつ、氷、(2)、炭酸水を入れて、レモンゼリーを上にのせる。
4. バニラアイス、レモンの輪切りを添えて完成!

Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
5g butterfly pea tea leaves
60ml hot water
◆Lemon jelly
A
1/2 lemon juice
120ml water
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
5g gelatin powder
1/3 lemon (squeezed)
2 tablespoons honey
Some ice
200ml sparkling water
2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream
4 lemon slices
PREPARATION
1. Make butterfly pea tea in a pot. When the color of tea is dark blue, remove tea leaves with a tea strainer.
2. For lemon jelly: Mix all A ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate to set. Add lemon juice into the bowl while breaking the jelly.
3. Put honey, ice, butterfly pea tea (2), and sparkling water in a glass. Place lemon jelly on top.
4. Add vanilla ice cream and lemon slices.
5. Enjoy!
