For anyone saying they don't have time to workout and no access to equipment. Here's something you can try which I did at my @mixdotfm studio in between my talk set. Each exercise can be done between 10 -15 reps. Pick and choose 😊
- Alt Leg Lifts
- Band Squats
- Shoulder raises
- Press Up
- Upright Row
- Bicep Curls
I highly recommend getting resistance bands. Got mine from @sanctband.global and I'll be working on something special with them soon.
