Event: Motherhood Baby Fair @ Tropicana Gardens Mall
Date: 27 March 2021
Entry fees: RM10 for 2 pax
Was expecting something big like dive fair/ travel fair but was extremely disappointed when there were just less than 20 vendors? 🤦🏻♀️ Deals were not attractive at all, mostly were just 10% off the retail price. If compared to what’s available online, this is nothing despite being an event specially dedicated to mothers (and babies). I thought I would spent at least 3 hours inside shopping and learning on baby prods but I was wrong, I left after 30 mins 😔 At the exit, I was given this gift box as a complimentary. I didn’t check whats inside until I was home. To my horror, most products are expiring in few months time 😢 Not very sincere isn’t it? It’s just clearing expiring stocks 🥺 and 80% of the products are not for newborns too.
Anyway, if you guys are planning to go, please reconsider. This is just another honest review from me. Maybe next week’s event at Bangsar will be better?😆 Hopefully... ❤️

2020 was to be the big year for Malaysia's tourism sector. Hotels and airlines were expecting millions of guests BUT what came instead was a virus. And with it, the worst crisis Malaysia's tourism industry has ever faced.
This year, tourism was supposed to boom like never before. Worldwide, the advertising drive for the big campaign "Visit Malaysia 2020" was set in motion. We were expecting around 30 million tourists and supposedly revenues of a solid €20 billion euros ($21.5 billion).
However, the COVID-19 pandemic has put a damper on all of this, particularly affecting more than 3.5 million people working in the tourism industry.
Retail too was hit hard.
As the coronavirus continues to spread around the world, there has been significant impacts to consumer behaviour and product demand..not forgetting , retail store, factory, and logistics services availability.
Scary but true, now everyone is finding ways to recover, sustain and to rebuild whatever they can financially and economically.
Today, I speak to friends Richard Swann , Platinum PADI Course Director and Managing Director of Dive Downbelow PADI 5 Star IDC Dive Centre and Muhammad Faisal Daud aka Moe Faisal Marketing Manager of Rip Curl Malaysia to share more about conserving whatever resources they have in moving forward in business and their plans diving into the #NewNorm.

Hey everyone! Super excited to be sharing this video with you guys because I have been waiting to dive into these palettes. This is also filmed on my upgraded gear, so expect more videos coming out soon.
I forgot to mention in the video that the palettes have a mixture of 4 different finishes - Velvet (Matte), Satin (Matte with Pearlescent hint), Silk (Pearlescent) and Lamé (Metallic). The palettes retail for SGD$69 each.
