班芙│度假心情。從早餐開始
班芙是加拿大班芙國家公園中最大的城鎮，被雄偉的落基山脈包圍著，在小鎮上拍照，總有雪山當背景，很是浪漫！這裡是度假勝地，而最有名的就是「路易斯湖」，景色真的真的非常驚豔！趁聖誕，來度個假吧~
「Nourish Bistro」是班芙小鎮裡唯一的素食餐館 (vegetarian)，食物水準很高，也非常新潮，而且環境氣氛很愜意，很有度假風！「Aloo Paratha」CA12.12，字面上看不懂是什麼，其實是用馬鈴薯做成的薄煎餅，配上烤過的羅馬番茄，更野味；「Chickpea Omelette」CA16.16，非常獨特，使用鷹嘴豆粉代替了雞蛋，口感很鬆軟，餡料包括了青椒，洋蔥和香菜，非常綿密，超推薦！

Banff is the largest town within Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada It is surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains. Taking pictures in the town, there is always a snow mountain as the background, it is very romantic! This is a resort town, and the most famous spot goes to "Lake Louise". The scenery is unbelievable stunning! It's Christmas, come to have your holiday resort~
"Nourish Bistro" is the only vegetarian restaurant in Banff. The food is very high standard and very trendy, and the atmosphere is very pleasant and holiday-like! "Aloo Paratha" (CA12.12), literally can't understand what it is. In fact, it is kinda like a potato pancake, served with roasted roman tomatoes, make it more flavorful ; "Chickpea Omelette" (CA16.16), an unique style omelette using chickpea flour to replace eggs! Stuffings include green peppers, spring onions & cilantro, the texture is very soft and dense, highly recommended!

In the 3rd part of my hiking adventure series exploring the Lake District National Park in England, I hike one of the most dangerous trails in the country.
Helvellyn via Striding Edge is a stunning mountain hike that takes you over the peaks of some of Lake District's most rugged mountains. Parts of the hike has you clinging onto rocks as you clamber over a rocky, narrow peak. With great conditions I decided to give this infamous hike a go and I was totally blown away!

冬になりかけのカナディアンロッキーへ行ってきました。3日目、レイクルイーズへ。なんとマイナス13℃！雪の積もったロッキーは本当に絶景。フェアモントホテルからの湖の景色は言葉にならない絶景。ミネワンカ湖に移ると氷が張っていたので湖に降りてみました。
Trip to Canadian Rocky, where winter is almost there. Day 3, to the Lake Louise. Temperature was minus 13℃！Snowed Rocky has amazing views!!! The view from the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise was awesome!! At the Lake Minnewanka, it was iced, so we walk on the lake. It was wonderful experience!!
