FedEx Corp.旗下的快遞運輸公司聯邦快遞，宣布亞洲首台FedEx SameDay Bot自動送貨機器人Roxo在7日於日本首度亮相。Roxo是一款設計在人行道與一般道路通行，可以安全運送小量貨物至客戶住家或企業的自動化送貨裝置。
這款機器人是聯邦快遞與DEKA Development & Research Corp.合作開發，該公司的發明項目包括聞名全球的賽格威（Segway）平衡車。機器人的高大外型很容易被其他用路人注意到，它會以螢幕顯示、發出燈光等訊號，清楚告知行走路線…⬇️⬇️⬇️

紫芋の絞り出しクッキー Purple Yam Squeeze cookies
Easy-to-squeeze and delicious cookies with heavy cream.

ふと、残っていた生クリームを使って絞り出しクッキーを焼いてみる。
久しぶりの絞り出しクッキー。
くるくる絞るのが大好きなので、絞り出しクッキーは私には無くてはならない
クッキーなんである。
って言うことに気が付いたきょう、、、、。
しかも使いかけの紫芋パウダーの賞味期限が迫っていたので、なんてラッキー♪
またすぐに、絞ろう!と心に固く誓った。わっはっはっ。

【Ingredients】16cookies
50g Unsalted butter
55g Powdered sugar
35g Heavy Cream
55g cake flour
10g Purple Yam Powder
【Directions】
①Stir the butter with a rubber spatula until it's soft.
②Add the powdered sugar and stir well.
③Get a whisk and stir more.
④Add the heavy cream(room temperature) 3 separate times and mix well each time.
⑤Sift and add the cake flour and the purple yam powder.
⑥Mix with a rubber spatula. (Don't mix too much)
⑦Put the dough in a large pastry bag with a star-shaped cap.
⑧Squeeze the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
The cookies will be bigger after baked, leave a space between each.
⑨Bake in the pre-heated oven (170°C) for 14-16 minutes and serve!
Cover the cookies with aluminum foil after baking for some minutes. (not to burn the cookies)
You can use 5g of purple yam powder to make the cookies lighter purple.
Add 5g of cake flour in that case.
【材料】16個出来るよ
無塩バター 50g
粉糖 55g
生クリーム 35g
薄力粉 55g
紫芋パウダー 10g
紫芋パウダーも抹茶同様すごく水分を吸うので、薄力粉はその分少な目にしています。10gだと少し色は濃いですが、紫芋の風味が出ます。
色だけで楽しみたい方は、5gでいいと思います。
その時は薄力粉をその分増やしてください。
10分ほど焼いたところで焦げ防止に上にアルミハクを被せています、オーブンの庫内温度が下がらないように素早く被せます。
よくある質問に、バターの代わりにマーガリン、生クリームの代わりに牛乳
など、材料を変えてもいいですか？
似ているけれど、もともとの材料が違うので、やっぱり違うものになります。
まずは、レシピ通りで作ってみてから、自分なりにアレンジしてください^^
