หลังจากที่ก่อนหน้านี้มีข่าวระบุว่าทาง PEGI หรือหน่วยงานจัดเรตของฝั่งประเทศยุโรปได้มีการจัดเรตของเกม Silent Hill 4 บนระบบ PC ทำให้หลายคนคาดว่าจะได้เห็นเกมนี้ออกวางจำหน่ายในไม่ช้านี้ และไม่จำเป็นต้องรอกันนาน เพราะตอนนี้ตัวเกมเวอร์ชั่นต้นฉบับบน PC ก็ได้กลับมาขายบนบ้านเกมเก่า GOG แล้วในวันนี้

โดยในวันนี้หน้าร้านค้าของ GOG.com ได้เพิ่มเกมคลาสสิกจากทาง Konami ที่ได้รับความนิยมในอดีตกลับมาอีกครั้ง นั่นก็คือ Silent Hill 4: The Room นั่นเอง หลังจากที่ก่อนหน้านี้มีเกมเก่าอย่าง Metal Gear Solid ทั้งสองภาคและ Konami Classic วางจำหน่ายนำร่องไปก่อนแล้วนั่นเอง
