At the slaughterhouse, many of these birds are improperly stunned, which means that they are still conscious when their throats are cut and they are dumped into the scalding-hot water of the defeathering tank.
The only way to stop live plucking and ensure that no birds suffer for your clothing or bedding is to choose cruelty-free materials.
Please note - same animal cruelty is found in leather, wool, fur industry and any other exotic skins product such as snake and crocodile skin products.
Boycott products made from animals skins. Always go with synthetic.
Please make the compassionate choice.

Ingredients: 1 grams of large intestine, 50 grams of fermented soybeans, 3 garlic, 5 grams of oyster sauce, 10 grams of soy sauce, 3 grams of white sugar, 10 grams of starch, 10 grams of peanut oil, chopped green onion and red peppers.
Matters needing attention:
Pig sausage is washed several times with starch and rice vinegar. It can be washed very clean. It can be salvaged out when it turns white after scalding. It is easy to get old after scalding for too long.

酱汁：生抽10克，蚝油20克，盐1克，白糖2克，
胡椒粉1克，淀粉10克，清水100ml
注意事项：
西兰花焯烫时间不要过长，40秒就可以，烫太熟口感
不爽脆，
Ingredients: 1 broccoli, 50 g garlic, some red pepper.
Sauce: 10 g raw, 20 g oyster sauce, 1 g salt, 2 g sugar.
1 g pepper, 10 g starch, 100 ml clear water
Matters needing attention:
Broccoli scalding time should not be too long, 40 seconds can, scalding too ripe taste
