「靜」不只是「沒有聲音」，而是一個心境，是一個越長大，越在喧嘩世情中容易失去的東西。
每晚躺在床上想睡覺時，閉著眼睛還是看到和聽到世界，腦海停不下來。多渴望找回心裡的平靜，進入「靜」的夢境。
「聲之靜」是一首音頻治療單曲，在同時執業音樂治療師的陳明憙把曾治療過自己失眠的音叉頻率首次錄進歌曲裡，與Cousin Fung和林若寧共同創造了一個音頻夢境，和同樣失眠的城市人分享這自然療法的舒緩。音頻治療的原理其實是讓人的身心“調音”，調到一個健康的頻率，那就是最接近大自然的頻率。
大自然一直在用她的能量擁抱著我們，我們只要站在樹下，抬起頭深呼吸，就能感受她獨有的頻率帶領我們找回與她的共鳴，回歸每個人都有的「靜」。

「靜」是心靈治療的開篇，是了解自己的源頭。你，聽到嗎？

As a certified Sound Healing practitioner, Jocelyn records a Tuning Forks healing protocol she once used to relieve her own insomnia into this single, merging Sound Healing with Cantopop, a first of its kind. 趙婷執導的《Nomadland》獲得最佳影片、最住導演及最佳女主角三個重磅獎項，成為為本屆奧斯卡的最大贏家。趙婷亦是繼李安及奉俊昊後，第三位獲得最佳導演的亞裔導演，之後的作品絕對值得繼續關注。《Nomadland》裡的Frances Mcdormand，已經第三度獲封影后（另外兩次分別是96年的《Fargo》及17年的《Three Billboards Outside Ebbing》），實力無可置疑。而獲封本屆影帝的Anthony Hopkins早以在91年憑著《The Silence of the Lambs》首奪影帝，相隔三十年後，證明自己寶刀未老，飾演失智症的老人同樣收放自如，再度奪獎絕對是實至名歸

繼上次挑戰完24耐環島後
就一直心心念念下一次的旅行
合歡山就成了這一次的目的地
因為經歷過24耐
感覺只要一日內來回都沒有問題
估算了一下從台北到合歡山的距離
發現是可以當天來回的
這個計劃就漸漸成型了
趁著連假有空閒
立馬展開了再一次的機車旅行
坐在電腦前的我
已經在想
