親身體驗了香港盲人體育總會「黑暗中的挑戰」，我挑戰了矇眼寫字，原來都有一定的難度。雖然坐著不會像走路般亂碰亂撞不會受傷，但寫字的時候感覺很無助，尤其不能對齊寫字，每一隻字會愈寫愈沒信心，愈寫愈怕會出界。希望透過今次的挑戰大家會更了解視障人士日常生活中所遇到的困難，幫助他們有平等參與各項體育活動及運動的機會。
