Flip the Switch
“and what is the exceeding greatness of His power toward us who believe, according to the working of His mighty power” (Ephesians 1:19 NKJV)
When teaching my daughter Mae about electrical circuits today, the Lord showed me from within that His relationship with us works in a similar way.
The Holy Spirit inside us is the battery that is an unlimited source of energy.
We are always connected to Him like in a circuit.
However, there is a switch that we can flip. Turn it off through unbelief, and the circuit is broken, and the current of God’s power stops flowing into the corresponding areas of our lives.
Unbelief is having faith in what is visible, and walking according to the flesh.
When we are in unbelief, we are still permanently connected to the Holy Spirit, but unable to experience the benefit of being joined to Him.
The light bulb—so to speak, does not light up because the circuit is broken. If we want to see a lit bulb (areas of our lives visibly affected by God’s power), we have to flip the switch to close the circuit.
A believer who is in faith enjoys the unbroken current of God’s power flowing into his or her life.
Listen to God‘s word more than you listen to the world. That will cause you to turn on the switch instead of switching it off.
The Holy Spirit has never left or forsaken you. If you are having trouble believing in His promises, you can be sure that He is already gently leading you towards faith and clearing your doubts.
God wants you to tap on the infinite reservoir of His power, wisdom, grace, and mercy. Believe His word, and declare His promises. It’s time to flip the switch!

5KM Progressive Run ✅
I was sick a day after 6G Chip Installation (1st dose of AstraZeneca Vaccination). It was a strong flu 😷 to me, and these are the side effects: fever, light dizziness, body chills, slight muscle soreness, and tenderness at the injection site.
Took me almost three days to be back, and I stopped training for two full days.
Took @mitocepsmalaysia a sachet of Mitoceps one to two hours prior to the session.
This evening I went to do a 5KM Progressive Run. Started off at a much conservative pace and clock the first km at 3:30 min.
Progress the effort up, enjoying the ride on the Xtep 160x 2.0 @xtepofficial and switch the gear up while feeling it in control. Time flies when things are in control, and you are just float on it. Clocked the second and third km at 3:24 min and 3:24 min.
Continue the journey and dig deeper as I knew there are only 2km left to go. Channel my focus on the toe off, energy from the feet, quad, ankle, calf, hamstring, and reverse it up to my body. Clocked the fourth km at 3:11 min.
I didn't knew any of the split per km during the run but I can really feel the effort on each of my gear. Therefore I put in what I got left in the tank and went hard the last km. End the last km with a sub 3 min (2:59 min).
3:30 | 3:24 | 3:24 | 3:11 | 2:59 - 16:28 min (a season best)
It was a great session indeed and I knew I can definitely run a much faster in a real 5k time trial. Happy and glad to be back after the sickness. Not sure when was the last time I got sick 😅

Entering the School
Climb up the rope on the side of the building, then through the window. You’ll notice a switch on the wall, flip it and it will turn off the lights. You’ll see a tiny bit of light shining through one of the pictures on the wall. Now, you’ll have to find a way to knock it down.
Head down the hallway and enter the room on the left that’s filled with bunk beds. Grab an object off the floor, and head back to the picture. Toss this item at it and it’ll fall down, then crawl through the hole.
You’ll then find yourself in a room with a chair in the middle. If you move around the floor a bit, you’ll notice some unstable flooring. With Six’s help, jump up and down on it until it breaks.
From here, continue making your way under the floor until you reach a drop off. Jump down on the platforms until you’re at the bottom, then remove the vent on the right. Crawl through until you drop on the other side near some lockers.

Spareribs Braised In Brown Sauce
Ingredients:
Pork ribs ---------------- 650 g
Soy sauce ------------- 4 Tbsp
Sugar -------------------- 3 Tbsp
Shaoxing wine ------ 2.5 Tbsp
Red Yeasted Rice - 1/2 Tbsp
Cassia bark ----------- 2 Pcs
Star anise ------------- 2 Pcs
Ginger ------------------- 6 Slices
Scallions --------------- 2 Stalks

Preparation:
1. Prepare a pot of water. Add 2 slices of ginger, 1/2 Tbsp of Shaoxing wine and pork ribs in it. Bring it to boil and briefly cook the pork ribs. Take out the pork, wash it and dry with kitchen towel.
2. Heat up some oil in a cooking pot. Stir fry 1 Tbsp of sugar until it turns to light brown. Add pork ribs and stir fry well.
3. Add scallions, remaining ginger and Shaoxing wine.
4. Add boiling water up to the top of pork ribs.
5. Add cassia bark, star anise, soy sauce, remaining sugar and Red Yeasted Rice into the cook pot.
6. Cook for 20 minutes (lid open) and then switch off the heat. Close the lid and let it cook by the remaining heat for 10 minutes.
7. Repeat step 6 once more.
8. Retain the sauce and reduce by cornstarch and water.

「紅燒排骨」
材料：-
豬排骨.............650g
醬油.................4湯匙
冰糖.................3湯匙
紹興酒.............2.5湯匙
紅麴米.............1/2湯匙
桂皮.................2塊
八角.................2粒
薑.....................6片
蔥(打結)...........2棵
做法：-
1. 鍋內注水，加入2塊薑片、1/2湯匙紹興酒，然後加入豬排骨汆水拿出洗淨瀝乾備用。
2. 鍋內下油，加入1湯匙冰糖炒出糖色後，加入豬排骨炒均勻，下蔥結、薑片入鍋，然後從鍋邊下紹興酒炒勻。
3. 將滾水注入鍋內，稍為蓋過豬排骨面，接著把八角、桂皮、醬油、冰糖、紅麴米放進鍋內炆煮20分鐘；然後關火，把鍋蓋蓋好，不要打開，讓排骨在鍋裡面焗10分鐘，然後重新開火炆煮20分鐘後關火，再焗10分鐘。
4. 把完成的燒排骨上碟，隨個人喜好汆燙一些蔬菜放在旁邊，最後把適量生粉水加入醬汁中，收至濃稠，然後淋在排骨表面上便可。
