AN和CO從美好的中學時代便認識對方,其後兩人一直熱戀到今天,更成為夫婦,原本只有AN在澳門工作,後來CO也跟著來到澳門,還成功建立他們的第一個寶貝「 ANCO Dessert 」,現在AN辭掉原來的工作,專心和老婆CO一起打理甜品店,一份堅持和專心做好甜品的態度就此誕生。

🌹「玫瑰伯爵」除了有外表漂亮之外,食落優雅清香,面層採用純天然乾燥玫瑰花,基底為伯爵茶生乳酪。
🍋「Dream」酸酸甜甜的檸檬撻清新開胃,面層意式蛋白霜和檸檬慕斯軟滑不膩。
🍇「黑皇后」喜歡酒香味甜品的朋友一定不能錯過這一款,清爽鮮甜的黑葡萄配上香醇的紅酒餅底,非常值得一試。

AN和CO的理念是堅持便用最天然和上品的材料製作甜點,暫時不想假手於人,兩人每日在親手製作的甜品下產品並不高,但貴精不貴多,提提大家,想吃的朋友記得早一點去喔。

Memo Story: Taiwanese Couple in Charge! “Quality over Quantity” Dessert Shop!
AN and CO met each other when they were in high school. The fell in love with each other and became a married couple. AN moved back and start working in Macau at first. Later, CO decided to move here as well to build a family together with their first “child” ANCO Dessert. AN also quitted his full-time job to help his wife at the shop. They deliver their desserts with an attitude of insistence and focus

Recommendation:
“Rose Earl Gary” has an attractive look and elegant taste. The surface layer is nature air-dried rose paddles and the inside is Earl Gary no-bake cheesecake.
“Dream” is a citrusy lemon tart. It’s a perfect combination of the Italian meringue and lemon mousse.
“Dark Queen” might be your favorite if you like the taste of alcohol. Fresh black grapes cover up the red wine-soaked crumb crust. It’s definitely worth trying

AN and CO insist in using fresh ingredients daily to create the desserts. They want to deliver the authentic tastes by themselves, so their supply is quite limited now. Low quantity but great quality. Go early if you want to be able to try them all.
