吳彥祖在中環開了間樓上酒吧餐廳，主打日式Highball Cocktails，餐廳以優雅藝術風格作主題，同時亦帶點懷舊車廂元素。餐廳的日或下酒菜十分特別和精美，令人一試難忘。當天最愛的有鰻魚牛油果卷，蛋皮捲起鰻魚和牛油果，頂層加上沙律醬和蟹籽，顏色鮮艷，味道濃郁，讓人頓時幸福滿點，十分推薦咧😋✨另外紫菜包也很好吃，紫菜上有煎鵝肝和煎生蠔，第一次吃種組合，記得要一口把它們吃完，否則影響其口感，味道香濃肥美，紫菜中和了油膩感，讓人回味無窮👍🏻

PS: 在這裡吃飯可以參加開酒庫遊戲，只要選中鑰匙打開到他們的酒庫，就可以免費喝一杯shot了！大家也快來碰一下運氣吧！有幸的話還可以看了吳彥祖真人咧。

The ThirtySix is a Whiskey Bar in Central, if you are a wiskey lover, this place is perfect for you!

Brandy Blue Cheese Burger (HKD158), the presentation was great, The bun was slightly toasted in an aug ground beef and mixed with arugula, blue cheese, balsamic onion, and fig marmalade sauce which created an addicting bite. It was particularly juicy and yummy👍🏻You have to give it a try🤤

Savoury Edamame Cake (HKD68) - It was my first time to have this deep fried mashed edamame. It tastes different and little bit salty. Definitely a fun experience. lol

21st Century California (HKD120) - is a japanese-style highball which made with whisky mixed soda. It was refreshing and would help to reduce the rate of dilution. It topped with dark chocolate which was the perfect complement.
