:D Chợ Torvehallerne ở Copenhagen, Đan Mạch cũng giống nhiều chợ ở châu Âu bán đồ hoa quả, hải sản, và thịt tươi, cùng với một vài cửa hàng đặc trưng của Đan Mạch bán rượu bia, socola và gia vị nấu ăn. Nếu đến đây thì bạn hãy đến với một cái bụng đói meo để được thưởng thức nhiều món ăn vô cùng hấp dẫn của Đan Mạch, với mình là Smørrebrød (bánh sandwich như trong video, với đế bánh là bánh mỳ đen - rye bread được làm từ lúa mạch nâu nên nhiều chất dinh dưỡng và ít chất bột hơn bánh mỳ trắng bình thường, với nhiều loại nhân cho lên trên). Mỗi Smørrebrød nhìn tuy khá nhỏ nhưng chỉ cần ăn 1 miếng là đã khá no (một miếng mình nhớ không nhầm khoảng 7 euro nếu đổi từ đồng Đan Mạch). Mình chọn nhân Tôm tươi vì lên vùng Bắc Âu chắc chắn hải sản đều tươi ngon và chắc và đúng như thế thật, ăn tôm là tranh nhau với bạn từng miếng một, tôm chắc nên ăn thêm với mayonnaise beo béo rất hợp, cùng với nhân Pate gà ăn với Bacon rán giòn và Nam việt quất - Cranberry, vị béo của pate kết hợp với vị chua và giòn của bacon nên ăn một miếng bánh mì mãi cũng không thấy ngấy. Bạn nào hay ăn pate thấy hơi béo có thể kết hợp pate với các loại hoa quả chua khác thử xem sao. Ngoài ra, mình cũng thử Kem ở đây, vị Socola làm từ sữa gạo thay vì kem tươi và sữa bò như bình thường, ăn rất mịn và mướt, không phải loại dẻo như gelato ở Ý:))
<3 <3 <3 A food market aka food heaven for all the foodies out there - Torvehallerne Market in the Dannish capital, Copenhagen. Don't forget to try Smørrebrød, the national specialty or open sandwich with various types of toppings on top (I chose Chicken pate and Shrimp, both are amazingly great), as well as their ice cream with very smooth texture :D Of course, Nordic foods are quite expensive, but it is worth trying to explore more about their food culture :P.

Tartine is for sure a heaven to all bread lovers! You may find if difficult to choose from various choices of toppings pairing with different types of bread on the menu. Black Truffle Sandwich and Bigeye Tuna Carpaccio with crispy Flat Bread are recommended. I have tried more than 10 types in one night! So satisfied and happy! Friends who work in Central, don't forget to try!

Döner kebab (Turkish: döner or döner kebap), in English often spelled doner) is a type of Turkish kebab, made of meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie. Other versions cooked on a vertical rotisserie are the Arab shawarma, Greek Gyros, and Mexican Al pastor.
Seasoned meat stacked in the shape of an inverted cone is turned slowly on the rotisserie, next to a vertical cooking element. The outer layer is sliced vertically into thin shavings as it cooks.
The sliced meat of a döner kebab may be served on a plate with various accompaniments, stuffed into a pita or other type of bread as a sandwich, or wrapped in a thin flatbread such as lavash or yufka, known as a dürüm. Since the early 1970s, the sandwich or wrap form has become popular around the world as a fast food dish sold by kebab shops, and is often called simply "a kebab". The sandwich generally contains salad or vegetables, which may include tomato, lettuce, cabbage, onion with sumac, fresh or pickled cucumber, or chili, and various types of sauces.

Roujiamo (Chinese: 肉夹馍; pinyin: ròujīamó), also known as rougamo or rou jia mo, meaning "meat burger" or "meat sandwich," is a street food originating from Shaanxi Province and now widely consumed all over China. The meat is most commonly pork, stewed for hours in a soup containing over 20 spices and seasonings. Although it is possible to use only a few spices (which many vendors do), the resulting meat is less flavourful.
Many alternative fillings are available. For example, in Muslim areas in Xi'an, the meat is usually beef (prepared kabob-style and seasoned with cumin and pepper), and in Gansu it is often lamb. The meat is then minced or chopped, then mixed with coriander and mild peppers, and stuffed in "mo", a type of flatbread. An authentic mo is made from a wheat flour batter and then baked in a clay or mud oven, but now in many parts of China, mo is made in a frying pan or a pressure cooker (some even substitute a steamed bun), and the resulting taste diverges significantly from the authentic clay oven-baked version. Depending on the types of spices used to cook the meat and the way the bread is made, the taste of roujiamo can vary greatly from vendor to vendor.
Roujiamo is considered the Chinese equivalent to the Western hamburger and meat sandwiches. In fact, roujiamo could be the world's oldest sandwich or hamburger, since this bread dates back to the Qin Dynasty (221 BC - 206 BC) and the meat to the Zhou Dynasty (1045 BC to 256 BC). Contrary to popular misconceptions, roujiamo is not a street food unique to Muslims. It was invented first by the Han Chinese, while Muslims simply substituted pork with barbecued beef or lamb due to Islamic restrictions on eating pork.
Roujiamo can be found in many street food vendor stalls or near Chinese mosques. Some vendors also call it la zhi roujiamo (or lazhi roujiamo, Chinese: 腊汁肉夹馍), which simply means roujiamo with special gravy. Others call it bai ji la zhi roujiamo (or baiji lazhi roujiamo), which means roujiamo with special gravy in a bread (bai ji refers to the type of bread).

Ingredients
1.5 tsp active dry yeast
180ml (3/4 cup) lukewarm water (at 40-46°C or 105-115°F)
250g (8,82 oz. - less than 2 cups) all-purpose flour (low-protein, unbleached)**
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar (optional)
** I live in Germany and here they don't sell the equivalent of bread flour in the US. So I made this recipe with all-purpose flour (Gloria das Backstarke Weizenmehl Type 550 und Dr. Oetker Hefe). But you are free to try it with bread flour. I guess bread flour will generate better results. You can also try Gold Medal Unbleached All-purpose Flour^^
