Bridges and thrusters for booty growth. Trust my coach @benperformancecoach to give me a different kind of workout all the time that would seem bizarre!! 😍

Unilateral glute bridges originally done on the GHD machine and a box for the foot. I clearly don't have a GHD but I do have a smith machine... And a box.
.
Try it as a finisher. Looks like nothing but it burns at the top. Even more if you can keep the floating leg steady. Grow them peaches!
