Come 2022, these three will be embarking on their Primary 1, Upper Primary and Secondary 1 journeys. Yup, huge milestones for all of them, right?
As a mum, I am always concerned about the health of my kids and that includes their spinal health too. The general guideline from Health Promotion Board is for children to carry no more than 15 per cent of their bodyweight. However, despite my kids' best efforts to pack their school bags, I still find that they are rather heavy on most days - I always ask them if they brought a rock, haha. Therefore, I deem it important to go for good quality, ergonomic bags from the start.

I had been struggling with maintaining an upright posture since i was little. My Asian Tiger mom used to hit me when she saw me in bad posture. As I grew up and getting into fitness and become a trainer, my posture become way better.
❎Bad posture gives you injuries and does not look good.
As a trainer I always tell people posture is the first thing to focus before any exercise or movements are engaged.
Most common question people ask me recently is how to get summer abs??
✅My answer is : Start focusing on good spinal posture.
Interior tilt or posterior tilt gives you belly and affects your digestive health, because they mess up your digestive organ functions.
I know it is hard to maintain a good posture all the time, everyone feels tired and Slouch at times.
