繼美國、英國、加拿大和歐盟行政部門公開力挺 #臺灣 有意義參與WHA後，歐洲議會友臺小組主席 Werner Langen、臺英國會友臺小組共同主席 #NigelEvans 與 #LordRogan、德國國會友臺小組主席 Klaus-Peter Willsch，以及法國國民議會友臺小組主席 #JeanFrançoisCesarini，也跟進致函 #世界衛生組織 幹事長 Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus，呼籲邀請我國出席第72屆 #世界衛生大會 📣

After the executive branches of the #US, the #UK, #Canadian and #EU governments showed their support for Taiwan's meaningful participation in the World Health Assembly recently, the chair of the European Parliament-Taiwan Friendship Group, Werner Langen, the co-chairs of the British-Taiwanese All-Party Parliamentary Group, Nigel Evans and Lord Rogan, the chair of the German-Taiwan Parliamentary Friendship Group, Klaus-Peter Willsch, and the chair of the French Assemblée nationale 's France-Taiwan Parliamentary Friendship Group, Jean-François Cesarini, signed a joint letter to Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, director general of the #WHO, calling for Taiwan to be invited to the 72nd World Health Assembly!
We're grateful 😘 for the actions of these like-minded countries in support of Taiwan's meaningful participation in the WHO. As well as stripping 23 million people of their human rights and standing in the way of their efforts to make a positive contribution to the world, excluding Taiwan from the WHA also creates a serious gap in the global health security system 🛡. We hope that the WHO will keep in mind its founding purpose, listen to the appeals in favor of Taiwan's participation in the WHA to everyone's benefit. ❤️
