This is Rishah. She started experiencing onset symptoms since secondary school and was only
diagnosed with depression and anxiety just five years ago. Being in @Clubheal_sg helped Rishah to
heal, grow and rise above challenges.
Over the course of the program, she’s learned to express her creativity through painting and
papercraft, and was recognized for her hard work. Today Rishah is a full-time employee with Club
HEAL, sharing her story, and empowering others with stories like her to focus on their strengths. ❤️
