接下來我會每天分享一點點準備的內容，讓大家一起來感受我的痛苦((？)) 😂

以前聽前輩說、每年固定比一場比賽、像是體檢一樣，當時每個月都在變鐵人賽的我、還不知道這是什麼感覺⋯
這兩年越來越有、比鐵人賽像體檢一樣的感覺！可以健康、快樂的跟大家一起享受比賽、玩在一起是長久持續比鐵人賽的動力！Challenge 的魅力、來了就知道！會讓你想在這跟朋友一起挑戰、跟家人一起進終點、有種剎那變永恆的幸福感

首場113公里鐵人三項賽事✅完成了什麼！真的是很特別的一段旅程、我喜歡它的每一秒，從一開始我告訴自己嘗試享受每一刻，不管它有多難，因為這種體驗不會經常出現！它被證明是超級精神和身體的挑戰！我的目標是在6 小時之內完賽、最後1公里時在跑道20公里處，我的 Garmin 手錶告訴我只有7分鐘來完成最後1公里、我真的很努力跑、我的兩條腿都抽筋了、因為我知道如果我不不堅持這樣做，我會讓自己失望。 5：59💥我今天學到了很多關於自己的這門學問在很多方面、鐵人三項真的是很棒很特別的活動👊🏻愛它！

First half distance 113km triathlon done ✅ what a journey!!! I loved every second of it, from the start I told myself to try and enjoy every moment no matter how hard it was because this experience won’t come often ! And it proved to be super hard mental and physically, my aim was to be sub 6, on the run 20km in during the last 1 km my Garmin watch say I only had 7mins to complete the last 1km and I ran as hard as I can even tho both my legs was cramping because I know if I don’t do it I will let myself down. 5:59 💥 I learn a lot today about myself !!! Triathlon is awesome 👊🏻
