"Jordan, I'm tired of this post can you please stop posting the same photos over and over again?"
Well, maybe some of you have probably have seen these Before & After photos like a million times now. So why am I still posting this? Because till now many people are still not aware of my past.
The truth is I'm not genetically fit, I'm an introvert, I hate doing any presentation and appearing in front of camera is my worst nightmare. I love food as much as everyone, I drink and party hard to escape from my reality... but fitness changed my life! Not only in health and physique but also the people around me. And if a low self-esteem skinny-fat kid like me can do it, I'm pretty sure you can do it too!
PS. Why are there only a few photos of the younger me? Let me ask you: Will you take many pictures of yourself (shirtless) when you are out of shape without any clue that someday these photos will be useful? Maybe you do, but not for this zero self-esteem boy. I wish I've taken more photos back then too. Peace and keep it up guys.
If you want to learn and train under my decade's worth of fitness experience. My trial and error that what works for me and many of my clients. Be sure to check out my training and nutrition guides here in my life's work: https://bit.ly/trainwithjordanapp

𝘚𝘦𝘭𝘧-𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘥𝘰, for yourself.
Funny, right? That how easy for you to throw love to those around you, but you cannot share a fraction of the same for yourself? All the self-doubting you have done all these years, comparing yourself to the models in fashion magazines, those on social media and all the celebrities you see on the big screen, has slowly destroyed your self-esteem.
It is so easy for you to shower compliments on others, but you are not able to stand in front of your mirror for 30 seconds, saying those exact words without the possibilities of breaking down. When did accepting yourself became such a tedious task? Isn't it how it is supposed to be?
Why is it so difficult to accept that who you are and how you look is normal? Beauty standards are socially constructed, an idea of how a "perfect person" should look like. It is not inevitable. What seems to be in trend can change overnight, but why are you stressing yourself to become the "perfect" person when no one is perfect? No one is perfect, not even Beyoncé.
Everyone has their insecurities, but some are too good at masking them behind their confidence, precisely what you have to do. Embrace your flaws and flaunt them like your beauty mark.
You define your worth. Your physical appearance doesn't determine who you are as a person. Accept that self-care is not selfish, and loving yourself is not self-obsession.
Add yourself to the list of people you genuinely care about and love; make it the top of the priority list.

Since so many people have been asking me recently why I'm not going to my previous office anymore (MOBhouse Productions) and appearing in the videos there, here is my answer.
I've left my job in MH to focus on a different direction in 2021!
This is the backstory- I've got recruited into MH earlier last year in a hurried decision. Knowing that I'm still a ex-college student waiting to go to uni, my boss(es) and I have both mutually agreed that we were just going to try out the arrangement for a span of a few months to see if I would make a good fit for the team and the nature of work. For me, it was an opportunity to learn, even with its short window of time. For them, I was filling up a space on the team as there were little talents around to do projects with.
Over the span of 5-6 months, I have been given a fair share of ups and downs. I worked on being a talent in videos and photos, as well as handle subtitles and some miscellaneous work put for me to do. The ups were great, very motivating and encouraging, but the downs however left me in a state of confusion, low self esteem, and diminished confidence. All and all, it was still a very conducive environment for me to grow my skillsets and discover my passion. I learn better from failure, perhaps because I'm very very harsh and critical towards myself.
My boss has been very lenient and patient in teaching and guiding me on how to become a better host. I enjoyed the lunches and dinners with the colleagues. I also got the chance to meet really inspiring and talented colleagues such as Michelle Chen, who also gave me guidance on how to become a better presenter on screen. What I love most about her is that, no matter what, and no matter how hard work is, she will manage to push through in the end. She's always working to perfect herself as well as gain independence from whatever issues that's holding herself back. A really really strong girl ! <3
Last but not least, of course, Shane Tan, for being the ever so hardworking, enduring and highly efficient boss. His amount of work and effort put into growing something that means the most from deep down in his heart - is really an inspiring story for me. I'm grateful for all the time we spent together talking, yumcha-ing, playing, streaming, and of course, working. Getting to know you has been a real pleasure.
It's not a good thing or bad thing that this journey has come to an end so quickly, it's just the flow and passing of time. An end to something, is the start of another thing. This direction is the best for both of us, to a better, brighter and happier future!
To all MOBHouse fans, sorry for breaking your heart, I'm still here!!!
On my own page doing my streams, shoots and content pieces. Don't worry about it! And to all of you who thought I've been fired, I have not! It was my decision to part, and I hope you understand this. Please get your information from the right sources, you can ask Shane as well to get further clarification. Thank you ! :)
With that, I wish MOBHouse and the entire team all the best in their future endeavours! In the end, its a good-bye not a bad-bye ;)
Pudds (the raccoon), signing off!

Before the huge guns and 6 packs you see, he was a skinny toothpick that was bullied and told he could never be anyone. My long time friend, Dennis Yin. Started as a clown at 14 with low self esteem, but managed to battle the demon within him and worked his way up to where he is today!
He has some of the craziest work ethics when it comes to pushing himself to achieve what he wants to achieve. Everything Dennis does, whether it be dancing, radio hosting, or acting in a movie, he pushes himself and performs it all at the highest level. I hope you guys enjoy this one as much as I did!

10. How do you train Isaac to be so sweet?
11. Favourite Christmas movie?
12. If you had a high paying job but not happy, will you stay in this company?
13. How to not care about people pleasing and being perfect?
14. Are you ready to fall in love again?
15. What are your plans for Christmas this year?
16. Are you dating?
17. What was your recent dream?
18. How do you know of a person’s true intentions?
19. How to break through family expectations?

I asked Macky Agents on their thoughts on "Why depression should be taken seriously?"
Win 1,000 GCash with #MackySummary by giving us a summary of this episode. Please comment your summary below.
Here are some of their entries.
Myrna:
Kaya isinusulong mo na Hindi ito gawing biro and to wake up people, break the stigma and make a change dahil Hindi nangangahulugan na may ganito Kang sakit ay ibig sabihin baliw, over acting, walang pananampalataya, gumagawa Ng kwento, papansin Kaya deneclare na depress sila.Matuto tayong makinig dahil Hindi Po pare pareho Ang self esteem Ng isang Tao meron na kayang maging positive all the time na kayang lampasan Ang mga problemaa meron ding mga Tao na kailangan talaga Ng tulong..This is really not a joke because it is between life surviving and death..marami na tayong naririnig at nababasa Lalo na sa mga kabataan na winawakasan Ang kanilang sariling buhay..Kaya nandito si kuya Macky Ang unang hakbang upang wakasan Ang suliraning ito at e treat Ng Tama Ang depression upang matulungan tayo agad.Ipinapaunawa nya sa atin na Depression maybe his diagnosis but it will never defined him and will never change the fact that he can do something to be happy again at lumalaban sa agos Ng buhay and choosing to be happy.❤️❤️❤️

#DepressionIsNotAJoke
Being depressed is not funny. And it's not something you should make fun of. Mahirap, sobrang hirap magkaroon ng depresyon. You'll never know the pain and the hardship that depressed people are facing. And you'll never know what they are thinking. You'll never know it unless you, yourself, experienced it. Lagi nilang sinasabi na 'depression lang yan' but no, depression is more than 'lang'. It is deeper than we think. We must teach this generation a right value. Dahil karamihan sa kabataan ngayon ay mapupusok, they sre not thinking for the consequences of their actions. Mas nauuna ang pabida, kesa ang tamang asal. Most of the people are surviving rather than living. Depression is not an easy battle. It takes a lot of courage to fight for it. So instead of criticizing them, support them. Help them to survive. Help them to see the light in their darkest life. Let's help them to see the beauty of world. Instead of making fun of them, make them laugh. Patawanin natin sila imbes na pagtawanan. Patawinin natin sila para kahit sa sandaling panahon, makalimutan nila ang dinadala nila. Tulungan natin silang umangat. Let's teach them how to laugh and how to smile. It's not easy, but I know, together, we will able to show the world that we can fight depression. Let's make a move! Together, we will break the stigma!
