再來，同盟國只是一個由國際成員組成的軍事同盟，本身不是一個國際法上的法人。所以，這個軍事同盟所做出來的行動，在性質上，是「各個軍事同盟成員」的行動的集合。

我們不斷強調「中華民國政權是依據《一般命令第一號》『代表盟軍全體成員』佔領代管台澎」，就是要告訴你，中華民國政權其實是代表所有參與「同盟國」這個軍事同盟的成員來實施佔領，佔領權是來自於加入軍事同盟的各成員本身，而不是軍事同盟。因此，即使軍事同盟解散，既然身為佔領權來源的成員仍舊存在，只要成員沒有撤銷佔領授權，而且讓軍事佔領結束的狀況（戰後最終處置確定）還沒發生，軍事佔領就會繼續進行。

最好的辦法就是試著去思考：#為什麼這個資訊會在這裏出現呢？

他的出題內容，都是生活裡遇得到的「溝通文件」

例如： 公司政策在修改時，會發 email 給大家
這種 email 形式的文件，就很常成為多益考題


生活中，收到一封名為：「休假政策修改」的文件

你根本不用點開，就能大略推測這篇公告的結構/一定會出現的資訊
同時也知道，哪些資訊是必要且有意義的

1. 哪一個政策要改？是跟哪些人/哪個部門相關？
2. 改了什麼？為什麼要做修改？有什麼考量或益處？
3. 新政策何時生效？
4. 該採取什麼行動、配合？
5. 有疑問要找誰？

你會發現多益裡面，以及真實的英文商務文件（甚至中文）基本都會出現類似的結構，裡面的關鍵資訊也差不多。

同時這些資訊也是「幫助達成目的」的重要內容

有了這些資訊才能讓 #正確的人 在 #正確的時間 #做出正確的事

因此他們也是多益閱讀的出題熱點，例如我就可以問

Who does this announcement target in particular?
（針對誰？）

Why does the management decide to make the change?
（為什麼？）

When will the new policy be effective?
（何時生效？）

What should employees do by the end of this week?
（某個時間點誰該做什麼？）

Who should they talk to if they have questions regarding the new policy?
（有問題該找誰？）

還可以出成這種題目：

What is true/mentioned/suggested/indicated about the new policy?
（關於新政策的事實核對）


因此，你能夠掌握這種最常出現的文件類型、它的邏輯、目的，你就可以更快作出預判，也能更快找出需要的關鍵資訊在哪，因為他們本來就是出題熱點。

Dark Eye Circles has been my biggest challenge all my life. I've tried many different treatments from creams, gels, and of course aesthetic which includes Fillers and Mesotherapy. Trust me I have my 8 hours of sleep daily, so it's not because of lack of sleep. I have darker pigments and micro veins in my eye area which seems to be the cause. I remember back in High School the prefect would always stop me during assembly asking if I've Eyeshadow on ?‍♀ and I'll actaully have to clean my eye area with a tissue to prove it to them ?‍♀

I have done several treatments to reduce the appearance of dark circles but none actually gave me the results I hoped for. I visited IDO'S Clinic and consulted Dr. Tan whom suggested that I do a [?????? ?????????] prior to injecting Fillers. [?????? ?????????] will rejuvenate the eye area to prepare it for the Fillers. Dr. Tan also asked if I would like to fill the Hollowness of my Cheek area, yes I really hated that hollow area although it gave me a more V shape face, more about that in the next video. Let me show you what an [Ocular Treatment] is done. Many elderly use this treatment to ?????? ??? ?????????? ?? ????? ????, ??? ???? ??? ???? ???????. Using the heat from the Fotona 4D, heat is emitted into the inner lower eyelid. Don't worry your eyeballs are protected so you won't go blind.

Well, This is my first visit to IDO'S Clinic and to be honest I did see a tiny bit of lightening in my dark circles. I'm very excited to complete all my treatments. Stay Tuned to Episode 2

I was very excited for the live action remake of Aladdin and went to watch it in theatres the day it came out. The movie exceeded my expectations and I thoroughly enjoy it, even with the new variations on the original animation film. In particular, this new song stood out to me as it was such a powerful piece that gave Jasmine much more depth as a character. The motivational and never-backing-down element of this song also caught my attention and I knew I wanted to do a cover of it before I even left the theatres.

When I discussed with Enrico about how we should deliver this song, he suggested we go for an acoustic version instead of using the original soundtrack that we had already purchased. As this version was more intimate and made my voice more exposed, it allowed more of the vulnerability to show through, which mirrors the idea that even though we may wish to speak up for ourselves/against injustice, it may not be as easy as we think to take up the courage to take action.

Huge thanks to Enrico for helping with the creation of this video! Did I mention he also played the accompaniment himself? Well, he did :P He was also in charge of the entire audio recording process and even helped me a bit with video and lighting haha All in all, this couldn’t have been done without him, so thank you :)
