This might be my 4th baby but it is the first time I tried out a prenatal massage session and I have to say it felt sooooo good!
The best part was, for me, was the releasing of knots and lessening of muscle tension which I badly needed. Prenatal massage also helps to reduce water retention which is what causes swelling in the calves and feet, as well as reduce pregnancy discomfort and lower stress level.
It was truly an enjoyable and well-deserved pampering session and a perfect way to spend my precious me-time when the kids were in school. I loved chatting with my therapist, Lynn, who is very friendly, helpful and experienced. She made me feel totally at ease and for the first time in a long while, I just felt so peaceful and relaxed.
