highlight goes to the Uni Maki made with sashimi grade Amaebi (sweet shrimp) wrapped in Oba Leaf, tempura fried & topped off with Uni (sea urchin). also to drool for really plump Hokkaido Scallop, Harima Oyster, Alaska Snow Crab Leg, Chikuwa, King Crab Stick, Huge Prawn, and Dory Fish. gourmet factor got elevated to another notch with the sprinkles of earthy dried seaweed powder, a lovely contrast to the non oily frys and briny Ikura (salmon roes).

choose from white or multigrain rice, and spicy or original sauce. everything can works well with this darling bowl! this Sea Urchin Tendon is available from 16 Dec 19 to Feb 2020 at $23++ at all outlets (Suntec City, Chinatown Point, Clarke Quay & Boat Quay). it will be a great pity if you miss this!
