Meet Flopsy, Mopsy and Cotton-tail who are excited to look for their brother, Peter Rabbit, today! Lol.
Yup, the kids finally got the chance to bring their bunny ears out this afternoon which meant there were squeals of delight throughout. The boy had gone swimming earlier and thus missed his midday nap and I was not sure if he could make it through the 1-hour show without whining or saying that he wanted to sleep.
It turned out that even though he is not as acquainted with the tales of Beatrix Potter as much as his sisters are, he still enjoyed the show tremendously because of the wonderful puppetry (there were dozens of cute animals which are handcrafted), creative props (so much effort went into every of the stage sets) and original soundtracks (these were quite catchy for the little ones). He was especially amused when not one, but five Farmer McGregors came out one by one and put up a dance together. It was really creative and so much fun to watch too.
Thank you ABA Productions Singapore for having us today and we look forward to more fantastic theatrical productions in the future!
