Here's a reminder to those trying to lose weight: it is very important to understand that everyone’s body works differently. It is so easy to punish and demotivate yourself for doing lesser/seeing slower results than other people on social media, but don’t pressure your body any further as it is already doing SO much for you. take your time and “trust the process.” small progress is better than no progress - keep going and keep striving ♡
