最近2-3周整理了11家公司的財報內容. 這些我都已經放在blog那邊. 有興趣的可以去看看(保持點神祕感, 就不特別寫出來是哪些公司了😉). Again, 因為時間跟體力有限, 我只針對一些公司做重點總結. 重要的地方我也已經劃線或是用中文翻譯. 如果看不懂英文的部分, 可以問我, 或是使用Google Translator.
(註: 我未必有投資這些公司; 就像之前說的, 看這些公司的財報, 可以幫我了解持股所在產業的趨勢, 還有世界的趨勢).

🌻"API經濟"概念股: Twilio (TWLO) (下面這段如果有錯誤的地方, 歡迎指正😅, 畢竟寫出來是拋磚引玉👏)

這次的疫情概念股之一Twilio, 從低點到目前, 漲了三倍. 您有沒有錯過呢?

之前不是很懂Twilio, 但連續看了幾家SaaS公司年報&財報後, 才發現它的價值在哪裡.

基本上, Twilio就是在它的平台上, 放了很多可以做app的工具, 然後讓程式開發者依照自己的需求, 用這些工具, 在各種介面, 做出千變萬化&且符合自己需求的app. 像這次的疫情, 因為有視訊, 線上購物, telemedicine, 網路銀行…的需求, Twilio的使用者就可以利用Twilio的平台, 做出這樣的app. 而程式設計者, 也可以透過Twilio的工具, 將各種應用軟體, 在不同的介面或是平台上接軌&整合.

而Flex是Twilio主要平台之一, 專攻客服需要用到的app (85%的客服中心仍然是就地佈署(on-premise)的狀態). 因為電商&數位化的發展, 這部分也會有很大的需求.

Anyway. 希望這樣的理解無誤…...Twilio這次的財報結果我也整理好&放到部落格那邊了.

❤This time, Symphony Theatre invited Jessie Chung to take the stage as lead actress, portraying the pure and unadulterated Lin Daiyu. The lead actor, Terry Lim, was chosen out of a ton of applicants from around the world. Joining the ranks is lead actor of “Meant to Be”, the romantic, princelike American director Paul Lee and lead actor of “Music Box”, the charismatic heartthrob Jeffrey Beh!

❤One of the Four Great Classical Novels, “The Dream of Red Mansions” depicts various aspects of life and is a comprehensive, literary work that embodies the culture and wisdom of the Chinese. “The Dream of Red Mansions” was adapted from true historical events and traces the bittersweet tragedy at the Rong Mansion between Jia Baoyu and Lin Daiyu.

❤It is worth mentioning that many people believe for Lin Daiyu of “The Dream of Red Mansions” to be the epitome of frailty. That couldn’t be further from the truth. Lin Daiyu was a brave and intelligent woman who dared—more than any woman in “The Dream of Red Mansions”—to challenge the worldliness around her. Many liken Lin Daiyu to a lotus, because the flower is known to grow out of the mud unsoiled. The pure and unforgettable love between Jia Baoyu and Lin Daiyu is the most poignant and moving story in “The Dream of Red Mansions”. As for Lin Daiyu’s tears, they should not be simply understood as symbols of weakness. Just as Wang Xifeng used money to perfect her materialistic ways, perhaps Lin Daiyu used a lifetime of tears to perfect her love.

〈無垢鳥〉的歌詞係由《維摩詰所說經·方便品》以及客語童謠〈阿啾箭〉所發想而成。
The lyrics are inspired by “The Vimalakirti Sutra” and the Hakka nursery rhyme “Black Drongo”.

阿啾箭為大卷尾的客語稱法，是地域性很強的鳥類，昔常見於農村牛背上；維摩的梵語是清淨、無垢的意思，結合以上二者，故曲名題為〈無垢鳥〉。
A black drongo is a highly territorial bird often seen resting on the back of a cow in the countryside. “Vima” in Sanskrit language means clean and pure, which is why the song is named “White Drongo”.

〈阿啾箭〉這首童謠使用在電影《光的孩子》的劇情關鍵處，藉由不同角色的無伴奏哼唱，前後串連出生命、情感的一脈相承。〈阿啾箭〉的童謠歌詞迴環反覆、直白簡要，指出無父無母的處境、追尋的失落，剛好扣合電影的角色際遇，也與《維摩詰所說經·方便品》的核心精神相呼應。
The Hakka nursery rhyme “Black Drongo” is used in an important part of the film “The Child of Light”. Hummed by different characters without the accompaniment, it expresses how our lives and feelings are interrelated. With the rotatory and straight forward lyrics, we know how it feels when you’ve lost your parents and try to find something but in vain, which is what the protagonist of the film has been through and in accordance with the core of “The Vimalakirti Sutra”.

〈無垢鳥〉歌詞以聚沫、泡、燄、幻、夢、影、浮雲、電等喻，示明無常的諦理；而〈阿啾箭〉童謠則提供了一個生活感的基底；兩者一虛一實，精神層面和現實景況交匯共振，成為了普世無盡的扣問。
A cluster of foam, a bubble, a flame, an illusion, a dream, a shadow, a cloud and lightning in the lyrics show us how transitory life is while the nursery rhyme “Black Drongo” itself describes an ordinary daily routine. The former is unreal while the later is real. When the spirituality meets the reality, endless questions arise ubiquitously.

〈無垢鳥〉是電影《光的孩子》的片尾曲。原初的構想是希望片尾曲能有不斷往前、往前，最後隨風消散的感覺，意圖在影片結束時，以對自然的感知、經文的無常空相，延擴至更超然的識界，並帶給人飛昇、療癒的力量。
“White Drongo” is the ending song of the film “The Child of Light”. The initial conception about ending song is to deliver the feelings of going forward and fading away eventually. We expect that the ending shows the sense to nature and the impermanence of sutra expending to the unlimited ambit, and also provides people the power of inspiration and mind-curing.

從前還在當學生的我，覺得考第一名、唸好學校，還進入了UBC的藥學系，這些成功讓我非常有成就感，而在網路上的名氣也讓我覺得走音樂這條路是可行的，於是我回到台灣，沒想到發了片，我卻覺得越來越空虛，好不容易發行的第一張創作專輯，卻遇上疫情，讓未來的路越來越不清楚，我才發現，進了這一行，並不是我很努力，事情就會按照我想要的方向走。如果一直想要成功，就會越來越不快樂，越成功，就會越快樂嗎？其實最重要的，就是「快樂」而已。

沒有所謂的「成功」，沒有人可以定義成功，只要心靈富足，做好自己喜歡的事，喜歡這樣的自己，真的就會閃閃發光。我坦然接受真實的自己，我希望我無時無刻都能閃閃發光。

Brown transports his audience from the deck of a 1492 Spanish sailing ship to a ledge 57 stories above Fifth Avenue to meet a startling array of characters ranging from a young man who has determined that basket-ball is his ticket out of the ghetto to a woman whose dream of marrying rich nabs her the man of her dreams and a soulless marriage. Songs for a New World, a theatrical song cycle, which played Off-Broadway in 1995, and has since been seen in hundreds of productions around the world.
