For years I found it hard to get into meditation, struggling with just sitting and "thinking about nothing" 🤐 I misunderstood it's purpose and method; the only route I found into it was through being able to concentrate on something that appeals to my mind - technical mastery 🎓

I was able to think so hard about the techniques you've seen in my videos that, for the most part, it cleared my mind of everything else 💭 Whenever it wandered to work, I had a very specific movement to pull it back to concentrating on.

👾If you're the kind of neurotype that enjoys mastering very specific bodybuilding movements in order to feel a maximal contraction in a specific muscle 💪 then I'd recommend this technique as a gateway. It feels like you can never truly master breathing 💨

I'm no meditation guru by any means 👳♂️heck I've only been doing it for about 18months, since I launched @joompa and I went from having a max 40hr week to an 80hr week...📚 but it's been extremely beneficial and so I'm sharing how I managed to get into it, my own way.

There's no right or wrong, but I found listening to some eerie-voiced hippy irritating, and wasn't quite ready (to begin with) to "follow the light from my temples, down into my arsehole" 💡🍑 or "send love to the fuckface who rode the wrong way down my one-way road this morning 🛵 as I was pulling out and nearly made me spend a month dealing with manslaughter - it's not his fault he's an utter fucking ignoramous" 😑

☝️There's nothing wrong with these methods, and I can work with them now... but they're fairly advanced techniques for certain minds in my opinion 🤷🏻♂️

She did pull-ups x 10 reps in a row.
According to the program, she have to complete 50 reps in total after Clean & Jerk practice.
Just remind you that pull-ups (with pronated grip) is much harder than chin-ups (supinated grip)
▶️For the beginners, your goal is to do ONE rep clean & perfect chin-up.
You will start doing slow eccentric x 30s.
▶️For the intermediate trainees, your goal is to do 30-40 reps chin-ups within 20mins.
▶️For the advanced trainees, you will carry additional weight to do chin-ups.
And start to perform rings chin-ups as well.
▶️Whats next?
The trainees will learn Rings chin-ups with false grip.
▶️Then, the trainees will start to practice Rings muscle-ups.
Once you achieved one level, you have to focus on the next one. #BeRelentless

Human (bodyweight): Level 2-3 - For Beginner to Intermediate
Meta-Human (with weights): Level 4+ - For Advanced/Hardcore
Workout tips: To get the best out of this workout. I strongly recommend you to start with Bodyweight. If you are doing the Meta-Human version, please use 5kgs dumbbell and above, I personally use 10 kgs. If you are ready and you think that you are beyond the human level, let's see if you can keep up with me. ;)
After each round, take 2 minutes break and aim for 2-3 rounds!

Intermediate & Advanced = 5 kg dumbbell (each and nothing heavier)
A 20-minute workout session with a pair of Dumbbell to strengthen the body and melt away more calories! This workout routine is suitable for both Men and Women. It can be done by every healthy individual, it doesn't really matter if you are fit or unfit.
For ladies, don't worry about the added resistance, this style of workout won't make you huge/muscular! This added resistance will shape you! And guys will enjoy benefits of lean muscle development (because man has a higher testosterone level).
