สิ่งที่แฟน ๆ สนใจ และเป็นที่ถกเถียงกันอยู่คือในช่วงท้ายตัวอย่างที่มีการส่ง Marauder ออกมาเจอกับเราถึงสองตัวพร้อมกัน โดยทางผู้พัฒนาเผยว่า คุณอาจจะต้องลดความยากลงสักระดับนึงในการเล่น DLC ตัวนี้

ผู้กำกับเกมอย่างคุณ Hugo Martin ได้กล่าวว่า

"ผมสงสัยว่าคนส่วนใหญ่ ถ้าจะเล่น DLC ตัวนี้ ต้องลดความยากลงไปสักระดับนึงเลย บางทีถ้าพวกคุณจบเกมที่ระดับ Ultraviolence เมื่อมาเล่น DLC นี้ คุณอาจต้องลดลงไปที่ระดับ Hurt Me Plenty แทน"
