烏斯懷亞最後一夜2/25
離開住了三晚的民宿，連假街上冷清又陰雨綿綿，沒幾家店可逛，在中國餐館吃了含烤全羊的自助餐，就到船公司安排的度假飯店報到。
ARAKUR位於制高點的無敵景觀，後面就是多條自然保護區步道，匆匆走一趟30分鐘路線，就碰到安地斯特有種狐狸，非常靠近，可惜林間光線不足手抖沒拍好。也許明早可再來試試運氣。
傍晚到市區還車後，終於在附近打卡景點拍到此一遊照，晚上非得去享受一下雨中連天的無邊SPA，看著USHUAIA 最後的身影沈入夜幕。

Gender bias talks, human rights, refugee plight,mental health, animal welfare, the list can go on & on & on.All the right things to advocate but none of it really matters if there is no Earth would it?
Let’s take a moment from all that we are doing right now & acknowledge the reality that is happening to our planet.There is no denying the planet is getting warmer & we humans are behind it.The brutal truth is that we’re hurtling towards a 3-degree world or worse.
My dearest friend @anjhula is currently on an expedition with the World Economic Forum in Greenland and sent me these heart wrenching images.Tears filled my eyes as I watched the video.Mother earth is wasting away 😓
And these beautiful sled dogs.Greenland used to have 30,000 sled dogs, now that's 1/2 because there is no ice for which to travel on
Some of the world’s oldest trees are dying and the Antarctic ice melt is accelerating.I hope we all realise that we’re no longer on the edge of climate change but are living among it.
I AM NOT going to preach for you to GO GREEN, STOP using plastic, eat for a climate stable planet AND help put a price on pollution.
A healthy planet and stable climate aren’t political issues. It’s all about families, communities, energy systems and humanity’s future. It’s important to get everyone on board, working toward climate solutions

Deepsea Under The Pole by #Rolex, was a pioneering expedition undertaken in 2010 to learn more about the submerged side of the Arctic. During a combination of ski trekking and scuba diving in what is one of the Earth’s toughest climates, the expedition members successfully conducted experiments and gathered exceptional audiovisual material on a little-known world with an unexpectedly abundant marine fauna. After every dive, it took hours to repair damaged equipment. “The only diving instruments which performed all the time”, confirmed one of the eight team members, were their Rolex watches. Rolex is supporting the Under The Pole III expedition in 2017 in its mission to explore from the Arctic to the Antarctic, and shed new light on our planet.

1) Below 100ppl ship expedition: as only 1 restaurant, rooms smaller, but got the benefit for all guests to do all landings tgt = extra time ashore
2) Bigger ship, lower budget type, but good expedition guides (like Quark is a good example)
3) Bigger ship, reasonable price (like Ponant) more comfortable and leisure, more dining option
4) Ultra luxury (like SCENIC), best comfort while on expedition cruise, rooms are bigger 300-400 sq ft.
the ship has helicopter, submarine (extra cost, subject to availability) - unique experience~Very expensive!!
5) Fly cruise (Antarctica21)
save crossing the drake , have different ships (smaller expedition style, or newer medium size ship)
6.) Nat geo oyages for guests. especially those more keen on photography, close to Scenic Eclipse price. Ship is more simple but many professional talk
